    Recently became a patron and I think more people should do the same if they watch your videos. I've gotten into the habit of stretching in the morning and my moves have gotten stale. Classes like this fit perfectly in my schedule and keeps things fresh

    Ah… this is so good.. and I’ll always come back to this one when I’m in a rush and could not do a long one in the morning .. Erin always makes me feel better and confident to tackle the day!

    You may think you struggle with 20 minutes practices but you consistently deliver well balanced practices that get my heart moving, muscles shaking, aches spots stretched and whole self energized. I love seeing when you have something new. Thank you!

    Hi Erin! I recently found your channel and think you have some really good classes. This was the first I saw from you with mirror cueing and I really appreciate that, way to go! But in my humble opinion, this one was way too rushed...i know the idea was a quick session but I'd rather see a couple less moves than just flying by the asanas. Thank you so much, you're awesome!!!

    Wonderful! I like how you start slow and gradually add some speed. (I replaced half-moon with triangle pose which works better for me in the morning). Definitely adding to my AM Yoga playlist! Thanks.

    Hi Erin, Thank you so much for your awesome classes! I’ve been following you for almost a year and I do your workouts daily. I don’t know if you’re looking for suggestions for classes but if you are, I have an exceptionally tight side body, shoulders, QL, psoas and low back in general. If there’s any way you could do a class focusing on stretching poses that might help these areas as well as some strengthening exercises that might help counter some of these issues I would be so grateful! Thanks again & have a great day!

    This is my first five parks class, and I absolutely love the mirror cueing. I can't think of another online yoga who does this, which normally makes me kinda bonkers/hafta turn off audio because my body has to match the screen :) Thank you. I'll be back.
