I highly recommend this yoga sequence, which ended up being a tremendous help to this aging athlete. I am now 53 years old. Since the beginning of the pandemic three years ago, I have practiced this routine every morning, 7 days a week, now more than 1,000 times. When I began I was dealing with age-related aches and mobility issues that were becoming a serious problem. Over the first two years of practice, most of them faded away, and now I am free of chronic pain. Last summer I was able to finish a grueling 3-week, 360-mile wilderness kayak expedition that involved many portages of heavy equipment through difficult terrain. Unless I find a sequence that is even more effective and appropriate, I intend to keep it a permanent part of my day. Thanks Erin!

This is one of the best 30 minute vigorous vinyasa practices out there. I will alternate between this one, Erin’s 45 minute vigorous flow and David Swenson ashtanga. And feel great afterwards knowing I’ve done it, can go on w my day with confidence.

I have a hard time finding a yoga instructor that I really enjoy across all of their routines. I am so happy to have found Erin Sampson. Some days I just don't want to hold any poses. I just want to move. Most videos are around 30 minutes and vinyasa flows. There are so many to choose from. I love how she gets right to the point. Thank Erin for sharing yourself with us. I appreciate a fast paced flow!! I have a weird tick where I don't like hearing people breathe 😅 so I usually don't do yoga with no background music, but I just put on a quiet playlist at home and glad I tried that trick because this was a good workout!

I LOVE this class. I've probably done it at least 40 times. As others have mentioned, I also have a hard time focusing but the quick pace doesn't leave much time for my mind to wander. It's also the perfect balance of time length to workout intensity.

I always thought I could ONLY do yoga in a studio. I've tried many DVDs, videos but they never hold my attention long enough until today... This is the first time I've been able to complete an entire yoga session with a youtube video. I cannot wait to check out your other videos. Thank you! This flow reminded me of my yoga studio. I hope I can practice more at home with your videos.
I found 5 parks yoga at the beginning of quarantine last March and have been working out weekly with Erin ever since. I love her videos, their fast pace constantly keeps me mentally stimulated as well as physically. Now that I’m finally back to being consistently employed (yay!!!), I’m going to become a financial supporter as well to pay back all the wonderful classes I’ve taken!
Still coming back to this video 4 years later! I love it. Thank you for getting me through grad school, COVID, and now having a toddler (the hardest task yet) haha.
Distance learning with two little ones, doesn't allow for much time for yoga. All of your 30-45 minute classes give me that feeling of accomplishment in my limited amount of time. Five Parks Yoga is my go to home practice!

I woke up with brain fog this morning & a bit of a headache- I needed something brief & energy clearing to help get my blood flowing and clear my head. Yes, after a few years with Erin, I just found this one! Love this flow’s no-nonsense intense (doesn’t feel short lol) vibe and NO “modification” instruction interruptions. I like when you tell us the video will include mods so I can skip to another amazing choice I always find!
Awesome flow yoga w breath. When I am inhaling and exhaling at the correct poses, I don't get any shoulder pain from the charlatans. This is an excellent quick and effective flow for the morning to start the inner heat. Thank you and namaste🙏

Spinal warmup was spot on. Helped the later wisting poses so much like getting a chiro adjustment for free
