This class in particular has helped me immensely with scoliosis-related back and hip pain. I usually start it off with really limited mobility, and by the end of the class I am able to do all the movements with little to no pain. I love all your videos, but I do this class every day to manage pain, it has been a huge gift. thank you and miss seeing your new videos. Much love.

I just did your back stretch and strengthen which was exactly what I needed after sitting and grading for 2 weeks straight in a chair. You always seem to know what we will need and I am so grateful,.
