    Recently diagnosed with vertigo... had to stop my yoga. I stumbled across your TH-cam and tried yoga after 3-months of being away. In tears, all joy... thank you. I think I am getting my life back.

    Hi there!I am a 66 year old woman, overweight and unfit. I have tried so many "beginner" yoga and workout videos that are way past achievable levels for me. I just recently found your channel and I am thrilled. The exercises with weights and the stretches are a challenge but are actually doable for me!     Another winner! I really enjoy these gentle stretching videos in the evening. I was pretty excited to discover that I can do a downward dog--something i would never have attempted a few months ago. Huge improvement in my flexibility since I discovered your channel. 😊

    I'm not a senior but I haven't really worked out for 5 years. I'm losing weight but my doctor said I have to build muscle. Thanks for this series.

    I have to tell you what a blessing you are! After injuring myself a while back doing something I probably shouldn't have been doing, I've decided that (to a point) maybe I should act my age. I've been looking for workout videos that don't feature 20-somethings doing movements that are now off my plate. I've considered a few senior programs... but they're too slow and I spent more time listening to instructions that actually working out. I came across your workouts by accident and I'm so glad I did. I schedule a variety throughout the week (and you have a great variety) and they work well with my cardio workout. Please keep doing what you're doing... and, you have a wonderful personality. Thanks for your dedication to those of us who aren't quite ready for the rocking chair. God bless.

    I am 59 years old and love this video! It is great to do after one too many days of weights. Have done it many times as I can't seem to find many abs and stretching videos! Would love another one, maybe all standing. Thanks for all the great videos!

    Good morning! Another day of intense gardening yesterday (digging things out, moving things around). Did your bedtime stretches last night and slept like a log. Didn’t feel like a vigorous workout this morning so I started with your 1-mile walk followed by this new one. I love it! You’ve got something for everyone and every circumstance. I do appreciate it!     Just getting back in to working out. Had a partial knee replacement in October 2022. My Dr told me I could do anything but run. I’ve been walking on a treadmill and some weights here and there but wanted to ease back in to yoga. Love your workouts. They are perfect.

    Did your 10 minute warm up, and 10 minute arms and shoulders first. Really enjoyed this one. My right sciatic nerve is really picky with floor abs. I have learned some tricks now. Did the same thing but with my legs lifted in the butterfly position. ☺

    Love this stretch. Do you have a hip flexor stretch. All of a sudden my hip are tight.
