Lauren, I’m in my 30’s and have fibromyalgia. I’ve been unable to find a form of exercise that wasn’t to harsh on my joints and muscles. I have been trying many different workouts here on TH-cam and I just did this Pilates routine. Amazing! Not too strenuous but challenging. The pace was perfect. I’m so thankful that you took the time to make this video and I hope you post more ‘senior’ Pilates. My lower body needs the workout most ❤️

This video is my absolute favorite. It is the only long relaxing video I ve found for the days when I have no energy and need a good relaxing stretching workout. Awesome workout again. I love feeling my body stretching so gently and yet so efficiently. I love the variety you offer to us. I can't say how wonderful I feel. I've exercised so much all my life, swimming, running, biking and walking but never took the time to stretch. I am 59 and very fit but with lots of aches that have disappeared since I've started doing your workouts. I knew the pains were muscular ones (although my knees are painful) but I just wouldn't take the time to stretch. I am so glad I found you straight away on youtube because I love everything about you and your approach. I love your instructions and your encouragements and you make me giggle sometimes. I have recommended you to so many of my friends. To me, you are the very best. You are my angel. Thank you so much for making my body feel younger! 😊

This workout is a true masterpiece! It's an amazing introduction to Pilates. The bird-dog and modified plank give me something to work on. The stretches are magical. I seriously didn't think my body could ever feel this good again.

I’m 69 years old and recovering from cancer and chemo. With complications, I was in bed for a year so I’m exceedingly out of shape and very stiff. I found this routine to be a wonderful way to start to wake my body up and gently stretch. Well done! So happy I found your channel. Thank you.

This gentle pilates and stretch routine was just what I needed this morning. I've noticed my calves being really tight lately and I woke up the other night with one of those awful charley horse cramps in my right calf. This workout allowed me to be challenged with my core, and relax and heal with the stretches. 😊Thank you, Lauren!

I have really been enjoying your Pilates for beginners/seniors session. It's been well over 20 years since I last did any regular stretcing and find your workout a great way to get back into it. I have a couple issues with very tight leg muscles and hamstrings, plus a partial frozen shoulder and am managing to complete the workouts successfully. I enjoy your calmness and the phrase "You do you." That's a huge help. I started your resistance band video and felt successful with it also. Thank you so much!

It was nice to do an extended stretching video. I liked the pace and the time you held the stretches. Thanks for the pillow tip. The elongating arm and leg stretches from all-fours position is challenging and beneficial.

Love this workout after Barre‘s video 🥰
My wife found this video as a good routine for me with low back disc issues. Sure enough, this is a great routine that I can do to maintain and maybe improve my flexibility and core strength. Most of the exercises are familiar with a few added movements here and there that add some extra gentle stretching. We’ll definitely add this to our rotation and check out more of the videos. Thanks so much Katrina! If I remember correctly, this video (because it is older) just used the free unlicensed music from TH-cam. I currently use a music subscription service called Epidemic Sound. Because it is unlicensed music, they are not songs that anyone can find or search up. Sorry about that!

I love this work out. It’s nice and slow which is my speed. The standing workouts hurt my hips. I like the floor much better.

This is my second time I did this,one when I was on bed,tonite I did it on the floor mat. It is much better on the the floor, few moves are very challenging,and I need to work on those moves. Otherwise it’s a very lovely exercise and stretch ,thank you.
