My friend introduced me to Senior Shape a couple of days ago for which I am most grateful (I live in New South Wales, Australia, on the far south coast in a small fishing/country town). I am 76 years young with have a problematic back (neck surgery done and a lower back op to come) and have had difficulty finding the right way for me to exercise. Your programs are wonderful, as like you, I do get bored, so now I have variety in my morning exercise routine. I look forward to exploring Senior Shape fitness further as time progresses. I'm fairly new (found you about 6 weeks ago) and, honestly, I thought you were in your 20s!! Way to go, Lauren!! I'm 67 and am hooked on following your videos for as long as I'm mobile! IA little more about me; I am married for 35 years and also have 2 daughters - 31 & 26. I have always been active, but hit a rough spot several years ago when my arthritis flared up badly. Finally, in year 72, I am accepting that aging adds a variable to what's happening with my body: loss of strength and mobility plus fat gain around the middle, even though I've exercised my entire life. I used to lift 10-15 lbs, now I can comfortably do 5-8 lbs. One arm burpies - long gone! Took a long time to accept that there wasn't something wrong with me, aging happens and everyone is different. Thanks Lauren: LOVE your strength and cardio and level up videos. Keep going!

Love your workouts because they are so adaptable to age and difficulty and range of motion as well as those with tender joints etc! I have to tell you that I started a workout group at my church and we use your workout videos for about 75% of our group workouts! Everyone loves yours the best out of all that we have tried. We especially love the countdown in the upper corner! One thing we would like better is if you could turn the music down when you are not talking.. it gets significantly louder. We have to have the volume up to hear you as you instruct us.. but then when you stop talking the music just blares. We would love it to be in the background..much more subdued. Thanks for all the work you put into makeing these and all the variety you give us! The Christmas cardio this year were soooo much fun!!

I found your channel shortly after I began and you have truly been such an influence. No matter how I’m feeling I know that I will find a workout to suit my mood / energy level. Love your videos! I start with your bathrobe stretch every morning before work which encourages me to head outside for a 40 min walk weather permitting or another video or two before getting ready for the day. Thank you!
Love your workouts because they are so adaptable to age and difficulty and range of motion as well as those with tender joints etc! I have to tell you that I started a workout group at my church and we use your workout videos for about 75% of our group workouts! Everyone loves yours the best out of all that we have tried. We especially love the countdown in the upper corner! One thing we would like better is if you could turn the music down when you are not talking.. it gets significantly louder. We have to have the volume up to hear you as you instruct us.. but then when you stop talking the music just blares. We would love it to be in the background..much more subdued. Thanks for all the work you put into makeing these and all the variety you give us! The Christmas cardio this year were soooo much fun!!

I agree that this age group is underserved. Luckily for us, you made it your niche. I am 73 and not wanting to do intense classes any longer. Yours are a perfect combination for me. I'm always amazed that you come up with new moves in every session. Love the way you explain certain moves and how/why to do them to prevent accidents. All that, plus your spirit and personality are calming. We all need less stress in our lives!

It is still healing with issues, but I am able to do your cardio and chair exercises. They actually help my foot so that has been a blessing to me. Walk daily 20/30' with my husband. Stop workouts on weekends. Feeling really good at 76. My friends do not understand WHY I enjoy gym... I don't either 😂. but your are part of it! I love your videos, I am 67 years old and had been following another senior you tuber, but felt like her videos were not challenging enough. Yours hit the spot, as not only do you have us burn calories and strengthen ourselves, but at the same time we are working on our mobility, balance, and cognitive challenges. So much is covered in these categories in just one video! Also, what I appreciate is they are always fun to me and I do not like to exercise at all, I do it because I know it is a huge benefit in many ways.
