  • Best yi yoga and tapping routine to release anger! Have you ever felt so angry that you just wanted to scream at the top of your lungs?
    I sure have. Just as climate exists within seasons, our emotions are the tides of our human psyche. It is natural for us to feel joy when we are satisfied, angry when we are frustrated, sad when we experience losses, and fear when we are in danger. However, when one of these states dominate our internal landscape, it interferes with our way of life, and even sabotage the relationships we've built.
    In Chinese meridian theory, anger is associated with the Liver and Gallbladder. Excess of Qi in these organs causes energy to rise, ignite and disintegrate like a sudden explosion.
    "Anger and resentment doesn't change the heart of others- it only changes yours."
    I get it. The world can be a tough place and it angers us. But let the world be your fuel and motivate for change and inspiration. Don't let it harden you.
    You deserve peace and love.
    I also hope my videos will help you through moments of stress.

    If you're new to Yin Yoga, here are some helpful tips:
    🔸 Always respect your physical edge, this means do not lean too far into the pose where you might injure yourself.
    🔸 Also respect your emotional edge, this refers to giving yourself permission to lean away or come out of the posture if you find it triggering you emotionally.
    🔸 Come out of the practice gently. This could be having a cup of tea or quietly journaling.

    Thank you so much for this practice. I was reaching an internal boiling point, and instead I was able to transform that energy and prevent damaging a very special relationship. Sending love and light!🤍

    Does it mean something when you lightly start to shake during the exercise?

    • @YinYogaWithAnnie
      @YinYogaWithAnnie  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Barbara, there could be many reasons why we shake. Sometimes it could be the nervous system resetting.
