But I feel like you should do some other videos related to your cooking like your kitchen tour, the utensils you use, some of your favourite recipes, what I eat in a day and something like those. It will definitely be fun to watch but also will be useful for many viewers like me because we all know you have so many of your things from such a long time. I hope you consider this suggestion. I made a batch of these yesterday. First of all, they are delicious! Secondly, how long do you think they will stay fresh? Will they freeze well? I baked in advance for Christmas but don’t want them to dry out before they are served.
I made these and they are so good! And the best part is they are just as good on day 7 as they are on day 1! (I waited to fill them with nutella until serving). The texture and flavor really held up. Great to keep on hand for holiday drop-ins.

I've always made these cookies with crushed almonds. First time I've seen them made with hazelnuts. Both are great options.
