I made this this morning cuz I needed to make it ahead of time and I had a small piece for lunch. It is so good. I also had to convert it to Gluten-free. It still turned out so yummy! Thanks for Sharing your recipes. by the way it is 140gms of Gluten-free flour mixture(with Xanthum gum and guar gum both ) to 1 cup of all purpose flour. 70 gms for your half cup measure.

Is this best served cold or at room temp? I know you put them in the fridge but do you recommend serving them straight out the fridge or letting it come up to room temp first
Hi Laura, 😃FYI you forgot to put the vanilla extract ingredient in the printed version of your Italian rainbow cookies! I just made them and waiting to cover with chocolate now....but I think they will still be yummy!
When the little cook joins you I'll show him to my two youngest grandchildren. And then show them you making my Grandfather's vanilla Sugar cookies (your's of course)!
FYI, it looks like you have to adjust the height of your beater in your KitchenAid. It should be better at scraping up the bottom of your bowl. It's very easy to readjust it.
