🍖🔥 This Cha Siu recipe is a masterpiece-perfectly roasted, flavorful, and made without any food coloring! 😍👏 Authentic Cantonese BBQ pork that’s as delicious as it is beautiful. Thank you for sharing this incredible recipe! 😋✨❤
This Cha Siu recipe looks incredible! 😍 I love that you’re using fermented red bean curd instead of artificial coloring-it makes it so much healthier and authentic. The marinade sounds delicious, and I can already imagine how tender and flavorful the pork will be after roasting. Those charred edges are definitely the best part! I can’t wait to try making this at home. Thanks for sharing such a fantastic recipe! 🍖✨
Absolutely! Beet juice is a great alternative for natural red food coloring. If you use beet juice in this recipe, make sure to add more soy sauce & oyster sauce to compensate for the saltiness that the bean curd would have provided. Taste test & adjust accordingly!

You can use red beets juice for red coloring if they don’t have acccess to red bean curd.

@@Latitude14 It’s naturally colored from red yeast rice which is used for fermentation
