OMG/G! I luv this combo of exercises together! And, I'm not a dude. It's not just to increase testosterone levels [in men] - estrogen levels in women too. Holistically/naturally increasing/improving libido is needed/great for both genders. Thanx for this one!!!

It intrigues me as I’m 43, potentially entering the testosterone drop age, as well I have been injured (and still dealing with) that stems or relates to glute issues (lower back injury flares up when glutes tweaked or pulled which seems too often)
I like the workout 🦾 As a woman i do not need the testosterone benefit , However the exercises are good for me as well.. Keep up the GOOD work everyone Love the routine 💯

Your videos are very good. I know that licensing music is tough thing to navigate on TH-cam. The background music is terrible. Just my opinion. I know I could turn it off but then I can't hear the countdown of the exercise times.

@@Rasul-05229 Сами занятия стимулируют выработку тестостерона. Бабы бодибилдерши и т.п. колят себе тестостерон, для мега результатов, ценой гормонального фона-здоровья. Отсутствие роста мышц - не показатель низкого тестостерона. Может расти сила, выносливость. Может не хватать отдыха, нагрузки, питания, сна, техники. И за какой период времени отсутствует рост?
I like from number 7-10 because I have seen the results of them at the same time I am taking vitamin D and zinc supplements it is unbelievable for me the way it works
