You just need to download the LGMV business app.

It’s the iPad Air I believe. Not sure who makes the case. It was given to me by the company I work for.
Great intro. Does the Mobile LGMV software allow for firmware updates?
They have updates to the app every so often.
@@JeffsHVACAdventures No, I mean does LGMV have an option to update the firmware on the ODU or IDU's? I don't see that option on the latest LGMV for IOS. I was wondering if the laptop version via the PRCTIL0 adapter does? If not, is there another service tool that does?
Only $140 or so, Daikin, Mitsubishi and Samsung should follow that example...

just got brought in on an LG Multi V III system put in 6 yrs ago that has over $1 million dollars in repairs and LG has never heard of it. To say it was installed incorrectly, is an understatement.
Good luck brother. We kinda dealt with the same thing with this site. The distributor we deal with had no record of any of the equipment we were working on. Thank god the customer kept all the As Builts and original files or we would have had to take weeks making our own drawings and files 🤙✌️
The site we are dealing with has solar power and grid power. I have ran into issues with LG compressors mevhanically failing from bearing damage done from “bad” power causing micro arching at the compressor bearings. Then a mechanical failure. Multiple sites now.
