Should always do a 10 min (Hold) 300lb#Nitrogen Pressure Test before Pulling your Vacuum on the Line-set and indoor coil . Nice Video good luck in future Videos !
Confirmation Message from Senville:: The vacuuming process on this unit must be done as a whole, this unit has a shared manifold, you will need to open up every valve using a Hex Key / Allen Key on all the active ports (the ports that are being used, for example if you are installing 3 indoor units, there will be 3 active ports and 6 valves that must be opened). Connect your equipment to any active low side service valve and pull a vacuum, if you are considering a pressure test please do so before pulling a vacuum. Once you are confident that the vacuum is holding and no leaks are evident, only then you should go ahead and open up both master valves with a Hex Key / Allen Key to release the refrigerant. Installation Guideline For SENA/36HF/MOZ
At your place I would also have used “Nylog” and your vacuum was not done adequately, you only vacuumed your blue line since you opened the valve after the vacuum. You should have opened the 4 bottom valves before vacuuming and on one LP only, wait 30 minutes to detect leaks then when everything is perfect open the 2 “master” at the top slowly.

I always remove that corrogated hose and install a clear plastic one the grooves on the hose eventually will create mold because grooves don't allow smooth water flow
I believe oxygen free dry nitrogen OFDN shall use for leakage Testing and at 1.5times of working pressure in lines. The vaccum shall stand for atleast 15minutes @100micron. 16:48
Pioneer customer service is terrible, only got back to me once out of several emails, unit build was very cheap, I eventually ordered an 18000 from Della and it was built like a tank, 22 seer with WiFi which the Pioneer didn't have and was only 18 seer, Della 18000 was the size of an 24000 due to better efficiency and price was basically the same but with a lot more features.
It needs a lot of tools and more people and you guys a always make it look like it’s not difficult, BUT nothing like the video, because I know, I do this for living, they never show everything, so if you doing it yourself, be ready, lol. Surprise
I want to s Ask if outdoor have one compressor but mult in door unit so how does the out door be stoped by one in door unit while the next one is running? Whe you recomend different room temperature?
When the valve is opened, the pressure is inside the pipe and indoor unit is already in there. So I tested with soap. When the unit is on during the test, the pressure in the big pipe drop so I don't turn it on the unit.
My iManifold gauge would like to say otherwise on the vacume through the manifold. It’s called maintaining your gauge, change the Teflon seals, it’s a thing you should’ve learned while learning to use your equipment.

Beautiful job. . You should hide that outlet. And put it inside that wall. Will make it nicer .

Very well done! God bless you 😘

Yes only one compressor.

Hai bhai isko multi split bolte hqi pr ye commercially use hota hai ghr me single split hota hai
So what
30 years back, it was available in India. Carrier, Voltas, Blue Star - all had it. Even LG had the Multi Split ODU with double fan.

why 2 ac ? for small place ? maybe an office or something ?

why do you need 2 indoor units? is it so that the cold is spread across the room?

Насколько я знаю, ПВХ-ленту мотают от наружного блока к внутреннему. Чтобы не разматывалась от ветра.

Seems like the piping not been flare well
Should live line two power to outdoor unit be taped black to indicate power?
And what about the pressure test ???
The same vacuum pump does the pressure test, you just gotta leave it on the unit after vacuuming…
No

The copper pipe doesn't should be cut and the vacuum isn't for time
Good job doing very t
Great job❤
Why do you test for leaks in the system while it is charged with the refrigerant?
Amazing
Will this wire be able to take such a high ampere load?
of course as long as the ampere of the wires is higher than the unit
@@craftsmantv7205 you got a subscriber multi talented girl
I agree that cable is seriously under sized to power a condenser of that size and also 2 inside units
Don't you think should have more room between the wall and the condenser?
As long as it has a distance of at least 6 inches or more.
Nice very good
How much price for this work? 🤔
Do you mean 4 indoor units connected to 1outdoor unit?
I want you to open the window to the outside unit so I can see the board
No pressure test , no micron gauge , no torque wrench 🔧, never pull a vacume thru a manifold , how not to install a mini .
She's lucky that the valves didn't break when she tightened the nuts. You're supposed to hold them with a wrench.
