no wonder the compressor fails all the time on this site. seems like the units are being neglected due to not having access or poor maintenance .
good job JMT 👍🏼
The problem in NYC is a lot of work, not a lot of skilled labor, especially on the service side.
My goodness, between this place and that other place where the pumps and waterflow are ass backwards, you have work for life!
Really love the way you work and solve the issues. Watching from Saudi Arabia
Hotel California you can check out anytime you like....but you can never leave 😂😂 great job helpfull and very interesting as always.
Hotel California 😂😂😂 Thanks for watching brother! Much appreciated as always 🙏🔧⚡️
Great job bro. Please keep doing what you’re doing. We do the work nobody wants to do. Awesome Tech you are.
Your man did and excellent cleaning job on the fans, it's nice to see someone take pride in their work. Never been to NYC and it looks like you and your team have a lot of work ahead of you. Great job, good video. Thank You...
Good job Jumper.
We need JumperManTech Merch..."That is a beautiful thing right there!" If that is not your slogan...instant P.R.
Hahaha I really should make some merch. That really made me laugh with the quote 😂 Thank you for the advice & thanks for watching! 🤙
very satisfying pressure washing the coil
Nice job & nice opening to unit ... Thx
Sunday scaries 😵💫 great video!!
In most of these NYC buildings, 1 guy really knows the rest are called engineers, but you are lucky if they are handymen. A lot of work. Alot of unskilled labor.
Great job as usual making it happen one step at a time
Sure glad you found that ! Lots of dust everywhere 😊😊😊 I'll bet all those units are like that 😢
Great Video. Thank you for sharing. Have a nice weekend
U will have work At That Building Indeed😊
Crispy clean 😂 love it
Some one beat me here!😃
Haha 😂😂😂 It's all good. Just as long as you're here. I appreciate your support! Thanks for watching & being so quick 🙏🔧⚡️🤙
Thought I seen a part one to this Hahaha, ether way. Great video man good work
10:11 So you do Hotel HVAC systems? It be better if the celing was tiled so you don’t have to rip it up.
Nice work
What's your pressure washer setup?
Those factory filters are crap...merv 1 at best. I chuck them out and install a 1" rack for a merv 8. Thxs for the vids!
Insane
Hey brother comming to NY hoping you could recommend a place reasonable midtown.
Hey, that's awesome. What exactly are you looking for in midtown? I'd love to help. Thanks for watching! 🔧⚡️
@JumpermanTech myself and a friend. 2 beds. Not familiar with NY areas. My friend said midtown is where he was thinking. First week in May
@genewheeler6320 Wondering where to recommend but I heard of Moxy hotels which have multiple locations in the city and I think they look really cool. You should take a look into them and see if you like. Prices seem reasonable for the areas and they have good vibes. They have the "Moxy NYC Times Square" & "Moxy NYC Chelsea" that are in the midtown area. Might be worth looking into. Hope this helps. Have a great day & thanks for watching as always 🙏🤙🔧⚡️
Man those Slim duct units have garbage fan motor bearings all the manufacturers have the same problem, they dont last long
Not sure how maintainable installs for equipment is rarely built in.
Only 149 more to go, by the time you finish it will be fine to start again.
Can only imagine what this apt could cost.
I had clean blower wheels ( metal ) that had not been cleaned in 50 years had to use 27:55 hot water and strong oxide cleaner what a crap job😢
Thats probably the majority of hotels fan coils. Only fix on complete failure because the room will not be rentable
Perfect example of how compressors dont die... they're murdered.
friggin installers, everytime... is there no dedicated return, they are just using the ceiling chase and a crumb catcher for a filter?
They must like to spend money $$$$$$$$$$$€$$
At first it's easy to blame maintenance. But alot of times it falls on GM cutting costs.
It's all about investors. They want a profit.
Noisy motors.
No air flow 😂burn out motors no heat no cooling 😢
It seems like those fan coil units need more restrictive filters to catch all that debris
Honestly looks more like the fur from the squirrel cages breaking loose. Routine, normal PM is the call. A deeper pleated filter could maybe be fit to them but the complete lack of PM is the real problem.
@@OverKillPlusOne to me it looks like dust from it being an open return and/or dead human skin. Those factory filters look terrible for filtration of any kind. Even after 11 years since the last maintenance that much build up on a wheel is crazy, especially considering it's not in an industrial environment.
@@pinolanuts69 yeah I lacked precision there, didn’t really mean literal hair, but the accumulation of dust/dirt from the squirrel, same as you’re describing.
This Lg Is Complete Has All Its Bells An Whistles Complete Nothing Is Missing ✌️👑🫡💪🇺🇸
It never ceases to amaze me how a building can cost millions for the hvac portion of the build and yet none ever have proper access…i always say to the supers, would you buy a car that had the hood welded shut?
The people who make the building are not the same people who own the building
@@richardbartlett6932 in some cases ive come up against the same owners being the original builders…cant teach atupid
