Do you have similar exercises for the feet? Since my hand wrists already been fucked I'm using my feet while playing LoL but they starting to hurt too.
I love these stretches now that I know about them. League of Legends, Dota, and WoW just don't hurt my hands anymore. these are also useful if you are about to play guitar hero (or in my case, a real guitar). I didn't realize how much your forearms mattered in gaming
Will these stretches work for super smash brothers melee? There are alot of inputs per second in the competitive scene for people who don't know and it's all on a controller so it does start to hurt fast...
***** These stretches should work for that as well. It shouldn't matter if you got painful tendons from a keyboard or a controller; both induce these kinds of pains.
Please don't stretch before strenuous activities; it can damage your joints and muscles. Stretching is not a warm-up, and doing it before using muscles and joints isn't beneficial at all - it should be done AFTER the work out or other activity, never before.

After each of the 5 stretches (and while day9 describes it), you could let it run for like 2x20 seconds, so we can do it, ourselves :)
