This is an old video but still a favorite, it’s really quick and has great instructions for each exercise.
i had pain in my wrist/hand going all the way up to my elbow from playing computer games. i stopped playing games and the the pain never seemed to get better. i started doing these exercises. like others have stated i felt immediate relief. after 2 weeks of doing them 2 to 4 times a day, the pain has finally went away. i continue to keep stretching my tendons like this to make sure it wont come back.. dont know if it will work for everyone but it worked for me...
Thank you very much David, I am an architect and my love, my passion is to work with my hands.I have been having problems and your exercises have helped me get better. Thank you so very much.
grandissimo!!! ho risolto in 2 settimane!!!! GRAZIE
I only do the first one, have been doing it for about 2 days every time my fingers get tingly, and it helps a LOT! Already the amount of times my hand goes tingly/numb has reduced (it used to go numb/tingly every time I used it pretty much, including typing or just holding something) and when it does it hurts a lot less than it used to. Thank you!!
OMG. Bless you. The 3rd one gave my finger mobility just after one try. Not complete mobility, but much more than I had. It hurt to do, but the pain was worth the result. Thank you for making this video. I'm definitely saving it for future reference.
i started rock climbing last year around august, and as much as i love it, it kills my wrists. i had to stop climbing and also had difficulty playing hockey (my other tri-weekly activity), and was miserable about it. i started doing these exercises a couple weeks ago and already i feel such an improvement, i had to come back and thank you for your advice!!
After just trying them I could feel a warmth... Will be doing this for the numbness and pain i the wrist and fingers... Thanks for posting...
I did these stretches while watching the video for the first time and the result was immediate - thank you!
I've looked all over youtube for these kinds of exercises, and your video is the best I've found...sigh! Thank you!!
