  • I'm Manuel, a German Physician (M.D.) - Here are my Hand Exercises for Gamers. It's a follow-along routine that just takes five minutes of your time. You can use them even if you're not a gamer, they are also hand exercises for guitar, or hand exercises for women and men that have weak hands after e.g. surgery.

oh man, this is killer! always on point! i'm game fairly often but i'm primarily a juggler, so this video is still really relevant!
if you ever felt like putting together a warm-up/stretching routine for jugglers, there's a huge community that would really appreciate it haha. dunno how much you know about juggling but the repetitive motions can cause a lot of problems, especially considering how many folks don't even realize the stress they're putting their bodies through.

Man, I've been coming to this video daily, every few hours to do it along with the video and i have noticed a huge difference since I started doing it. Thank you so much Manuel, very helpful video! ❤️

Thanks for the hand work out! I see that you also climb. I started climbing about 2 years ago, and I really want to develop my body for that more. I looked through a few of your videos and didn't really see anything focused on climbing. So I was wondering if you have and routines you suggest doing.
I also Road cycle an average of 100km a week.

Brilliant! I've been doing it daily for about a fortnight, and I get fatigued far later when I do it now compared to before!

Most people don't know about Carpal Tunnel and this video is an excellent way to avoid that. Maybe Tykato could make a video about looking away from your monitor to help your eyes from going bad because they have muscles too. Focusing on a screen too close for too long ruins your eye sight.

Yes. I play ukulele which requires a lot of dexterity for the fretboard hand as well as for finger style playing. I'll work this into my warmup exercise routine.

I really enjoyed this video! If it didn't have the middle finger part, I would totally show this to my students and have them practice it before filling out worksheets or taking a test. However, I don't think there maturity level would be able to handle it lol.

Hey Hannah, thanks a lot! Feel free to edit the middle finger part into a motion where you switch between index finger and middle-ring-pinky finger connected. It's just as hard and leaves the middle finger part out!
