Sweet griddle. There are a couple rules for scrambled eggs. Don't overcook them on a surface; they will continue cooking and become dehydrated and rubbery if you don't take them off the heat in time. So take them off when they are not quite done. Also season later; salt draws moisture out and, again, makes them rubbery. Also, I love a little Sriracha sauce on mine.
I'm so glad to hear someone else say this. In so many videos it might as well be a music video. If I wanted to to watch a music video, I'd tune in to a music video. That isn't why I'm watching. Most channels should cut the music in their videos by 90+%. It's way overdone.
Those eggs are extremely overcooked. That, and why are you chopping them up so much? "Nice little char on some of those eggs" is a sentence that should've never been uttered. Charred eggs???
Uh yeah. It’s basically deep fried eggs. Of course there’s a little bit of char. That’s how you know it’s done. No slimy gross eggs, just right infused with that bacon flavor. Just like how you want a bit of char on your cheese pizza.

Yeah no. Cook bacon first, fry the scrambled eggs in the grease. Never waste a drop of bacon grease. The eggs absorb all the grease.

Try making bacon toast. It's so good, just put the bread on a little of the bacon grease wait a few and flip it. Good with breakfast or BLT's. Enjoy!
