    Annie, Thank you for doing a video for only dextroscoliosis exercises! I will make it a point to do these daily for a month to get rid of my rib hump and straighten my spine.

    Hi..do you have leg exercises for a scoliosis patient?, I have scoliosis, right now my legs isn't working well, it seems like the bones in my legs become soft because it wobbles everytime I stand up or walk..

    Good day! Ms. Annie! My x-ray result that i have thoracic spine dextroscoliosis. I dont know if this mild or sever because not mention at all. Just thoracic spine deviated to the right. Is it ok to do this exercise of yours? How long? And how many times in a week? Looking forward for your answer! Thank you and God bless! 🙏☺️

    Sitting cross legged is now impossible for my severe scoliosis, or even getting down on the floor. It's essential to avoid poses and stretches that overly twist or compress the spine, because they involve unnaturally bending the rib cage, which can exacerbate the asymmetrical effect that scoliosis tends to have on the rib cage! You obviously do not have scoliosis yourself, so have no idea of the damage you are doing to viewers who suffer with it.This is about ego, not helping.
