This is a great single wide place. It would be a great starter for someone or for a person who wants to downsize. I really love that brick accent wall going throughout the kitchen area and the master bedroom.
My aunt did. She took them off filled them in and then painted the house and you cannot tell at all that is a trailer home at all. So remember, you can do that.
You can order drywall if you don't like it. These are gypsum panels with essentially wall paper on them so if you don't put the battens up what do you do with the seams?
I’m a single 22-year old with 1 dog and this would be perfect for me! Great sizing and I’d use the middle bedroom as a home office for my business. The 3rd bedroom would be a great guest room.
An acre of land and that mobile homw would get you a nice place to live for under $100k. In today's world, that's a bargain. Personally, I HATE mortgages, so getting it paid off asap would be my first priority. For the size, it is great, especially for a couple or someone with one child. The small bedroom would work for a nursery or an office, but would be a problem for a growing child or a teenager.
I liked this one and Thank You, Chance, for finally showing one with a ramp going to the front door. All the other homes in your videos have stairs and I've said before that I don't know how someone who is elderly, or disabled would be able to view these homes. Anyway, Everything was very nice in this home. I have noticed a trend in some of your last videos, that they seem to be doing away with drawers in the kitchens. This one had 4 tiny drawers. You wouldn't even be able to fit a silverware tray in one of those. The lower cabinet doors used to go up 3/4 of the way and then there would be a drawer there. Lately, the homes I've seen have just the cabinets and no drawers. Other than those things, I did like the rest.
This is perfect...you can't beat the price! No it's not as luxurious as some others we've seen, but after all it's got everything you need and more...love the color scheme...they way I look at it a lot of people are doing the tiny home thing and paying so much more and here you got room for everyone...great find Chance..
still not bad for a new structure especially with how high housing costs are and even apartment costs for the same square footage. I currently live in a 1024sq foot trailer, although alot older so its only worth 20-30k but i only pay 150 a month in mortgage and lot rent at my 55 or older community is 340 a month (although thats really cheap compaired to most around that ive seen at 600+ a month)
For 150k I’ll take the land and mobile home. Here in my area 150k can’t even get u a good house nowadays. U still need to have money to fix watch I understand. But not everyone have 300k too 400k to drop on a house
So in lake county Michigan 6500 for septic and drain field 5200 for 5 inch water well another 7000 for cement slab 3000 to clear land already owned the 10 acres 70-75k easy peasy

This home is very nice at a blowout price! The color scheme is so serene and tasteful. It's very roomy with a good layout. The smallest bedroom would be ideal as a home office, or possibly a store room/pantry with space for an upright freezer. In the main bathroom, I'd like a big walk-in shower with a bench instead of the shower tub combo. But at the price it is, I could afford to do a few customizations. This is a great single section. Usually, the closets are very small but not in this one. My only complaint is that neither of the bathrooms has a window.
My lot rent is only $240/month. Including garbage. My home is a Mansion Dynasty. 14×72, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, open concept. Bought in 1994. $19,995. I love my home! Of course, I've updated the house over the years. This home shown in the video is very nice!

Only 4 small drawers down past the stove, nothing dear the sink to grab a towel etc. I do like the amount of cupboards in the kitchen though. I do like the single wides that instead of when you open the front door the hallway isn't right there. I don't know why I like it better. Your wife leaves the straightener out because it is hot and has to cool down until she can put it away and then she is chasing after her three boys and never has time to do it. Vinyl siding is a big no, it is extremely flammable. They need to use Hardie board instead. I do like that this doesn't have windows everywhere, and acrylic tubs are an improvement over ABS tubs.
I'm single and without children and I've pretty much always rented and getting tired of just throwing my money away obviously. I almost bought and should have a home a year before the pandemic I found a house that needed some help but in a very desirable area for like 200,000 that same house has been remodeled and is now worth like $475,000. So I kick myself based on that alone, but now I'm starting to think realistically as I am about to hit my 40s. If things don't change rapidly as far as relationship and a child goes I'm pretty certain I'll be staying single and I'm fine with it actually enjoy the idea of peace and quiet lol living a debt free life but starting to think more about a solution to my living situation. As certainly I am not going to be buying a home at the top of the market with horrible rates even for someone like me with great credit. This is long winded and I know that but what I'm getting at here is the idea of buying a mobile home but on improved private land that I also own. I know that it costs quite a bit to build out your own electric and septic BUT I have been on zillow and found a bunch of mobile homes on already improved land that either have no value, need to be remodeled or just totally junked. But by buying a mobile home on a piece of improved land like this you save the money spent on septic and electric, ideally you can remodel the mobile home on the land already and just rent that out to someone making even more money and then put a new trailer on the land or manufactured home on the land. I guess my question is how much would it be to swap out septic and electrical or once its already built out is it pretty easy to deal with? I quite literally have no idea, but is just a tiny loophole I have noticed as a possibility.

Wow, what a deal. I love the staging, table with 4 chairs an island. That's a large living room space , the kitchen with all those cabinets. Great choice in Main bathroom shower tub combination. I think the only change, I'd go with stackable w/d, and put cabinet next to them for added storage( with door). Wow, what a value.
I would make the kitchen island flat on the back, no overhang and add a banquet there instead of a free standing table in front of the door. Master bath needs a shower not a tub.... for me, anyway!

I wish manufactures would do away with the wall strips between the wall panels. They look really tacky. Tape and texture all the walls instead.
