I watch all your videos because we are very interested in a modular home so they are fun and extremely helpful as far as prices and options . But anyone that has tried the modular route knows how hard it is to find land that will approve it . Have you thought of doing videos of people that actually live in them . Also a video of the best states to accommodate these kinds of homes with less restrictions and or touring peoples properties that have been established for a few years and their pros and cons!!

I love this kitchen with the island. And I love the fireplace. Nice appliances. I don’t like that type of floor to busy. But overall it’s pretty nice. I am interested in buying a single wide, when I retire with in the next year.
I actually like this one a whole lot and the price is not too bad either. And I don't mind the living room set up or size. Because after living in an apartment after my divorce. It's much bigger than the apartment was.

Nice kitchem for a single wide. I think the deasl with the stove is it looked like it had three racks in the oven cavity. Hate the tile in the shower. Reminds me of black mold which is nasty. Great closet. I am not looking for a new home.. I enjoy the tours. For the most part I am called 'shut-in' which is what church folks call older people that can't get out much. You take me away and give my mind something to focus on.
That a slide in range. The knobs are at the front so that the whole range is even with the counter. A normal range has a raised panel at the back with the knobs. I like the layout. But as always I prefer tape ant texture. I think Sunshine offers tape and texture on their homes. The end bath is a guest bath.
Love this one but I would have to go with different flooring, countertops and bathroom tile. The flooring is loud and overpowering. My eyes keeping going to the floor. Countertop is loud also. Otherwise a really nice layout and price.
Where are you supposed to hang your towels in the bathrooms? So glad they don't have the cheap wire racks in the closets. Don’t like the walls at all. The kitchen could be a little smaller so the living room would be a little larger. I appreciate your positive comments.

Here's the real stupid thing about TV mounted above the fireplace, the furniture is never set up to watch it or like in this home one chair facing the TV.
I am so glad I am not the only one who finds this so frustrating!! This is one of the first and main things I look for, and I hardly ever find one that takes this into consideration! Why don't they think of this when building a home? They need to put the TV mount on the longest wall so the sofa or sectional is positioned parallel to it. It's not rocket science, and I will never understand why they don't do this. So frustrating!!
I would not set up my living room like that, but this was set up be the stagers just to give and idea. But you can move furniture around how you want it. I have so many different ideas of how I would make that my own space

Do not buy anything, be it mobile, modular or stick built home with vinyl siding. It's extremely flammable. I don't know about these, but a co-worker did buy one with vinyl siding and there was no sub-wall below the vinyl. In other words, if you cut out a chunk of vinyl, you will see insulation.
Like the Plan, but I'm NOT into the new FAD Floors, to me they are hideous. As far as the vertical lines on the Walls, I call those seams, makes it look like a Trailor back in the 60's. Don't like and refuse to buy anything with seams. Don't like ship lock either. The estimated Price is good. Not into DARK wood look. That will get OLD Very Fast.

I have a corner sofa and it's basically like that one is. I sit on the side not facing the TV and I have no problem with watching it.

Liquid nails and gorilla glue. Will last longer than any other part of the house.
