Although I like it, I can do without a dishwasher, but a stackable washer and dryer is a must. I don't feel like dragging my clothes to the laundromat.
I was so impressed I forgot about the washer, dryer, there is no room for them. I loved all the lovely windows for light, that was really impressive to me. I love the outdoors with that tiny home you could certainly enjoy the outside from being inside. The bedroom clothes closet was small we have too much time too down size.
This Narrator is pretty awesome. His manner is very appropriate in that he speaks honestly about how living affordably is the way to go. No extremes and over-pricing. This unit is very affordable and nicely designed. 😊
What…? Did the “walk-in” closet sell you? Tiny is the rage, I get it. As for where you place it and how…? - - Gotta LOVE his DisneyWorld analogy 🤷🏻♂️ WTF
Or now they have all in ones! Wash and dry in one machine. Also an on-demand hot water heater mounted on the outside. I'm telling you. I mounted mine on the western side. So it also got passive solar. In the summer I paid NOTHING for gas! Just to rent the meter equipment!
Hard to beat. My husband and I figured we would ultimately downsize into a 2 BR, 2 BA condo, but something like this, using our camper for guests, would also work.
That's so nice. What used to cost our parents and grandparents for a normal size house with one job and a stay at home parent is costing two parents to work for a quarter of a 🏠. Sweet I'm excited.
For a single person I have lived in studio houses and this tiny house is bigger than the studio apartments that I lived in.. this is beautiful I love it I want to move in today. 👍🏼
I love this and am interested in speaking with someone regarding it. I'm paying way more living in an apartment & I've been researching tiny homes for the past two years.
To actually be a person that’s homeless and as a family my family this is amazing that people do this for other people and I tell you this it’s better than sleeping on the streets or sleeping in the car and to me it would feel like Home as for most people ❤❤❤❤❤Amen
That is very nice! And that price with all the furnishings seems like a good deal! A bedroom on the first floor is important, especially as one gets older. The only thing missing is a spot for a washer and dryer. You didn't mention the builder or where to buy this. Is that not allowed to be stated here for some reason? Thanks for the tour!
There are little mini washer/dryers where you do not have to have the proper plumbing to hook them up. Only good for washing a few items at a time though. They can be bought at Home Depot I believe. It may only be online though. Some people were using them in Campers.
Or dishwasher lol. My current small apt has no WD in the unit and no dishwasher either loland rent is higher but would I have to pay to rent the land here too and where is this located?
Someone who stays as active and has the as much grit as The Inspirational Nomad can be compared to figures like The Rock. An inspiring figure who has empathy and compassion for anyone looking to advance in a difficult world. 🌍

Well, I’ve gotten old enough and I’ve developed Severe Neuropathy. One of problems is my feet become numb, tingle, and burning like hell fire. Where my mind says I’m going might not reach my feet. I am good at falling: I’ve fallen bouncing the back of my head in the tub. I’ve fallen out of the tub & manage to hit the side of my head on the oval shape commode. I was standing up doing #1 & fell directly into the tub hitting the other side of my head exactly where the soap bar handle is placed some bath tub incidents. *I fairly certain that I would build a screen porch out the back door at the same height. From back door to the end of the home since there are no windows to obstruct. Put the washer & the dryer on that porch. I would make enough room for at least a pair of rocking chairs also. 🌞🌴
I love this. Would expand the kitchen a bit for dishwasher and lose the back/side door for stackable washer dryer...but absolutely love this and it's cheaper than my flat. But need land...😢
Use some of the cabinet space just left to under the sink for a dishwasher. Use a small portable washer dryer with a hose that can be attached to the faucet . It would do for light service and then you just have to take large heavy items to the laundromat once a month.
@judithsixkiller5586 If that's what you want, fine. But if I am buying it, I will have a washer and dryer installed. I am DONE with laundry facilities and laundromats.
@GinaBlythe If course if you've got the money for an expensive remodel. It's just that a lot of the people out there seeking tiny houses don't and might want less expensive alternatives.
@judithsixkiller5586 I spend over $300 on laundry a year. I simply stated what I would do if I bought it and you took it as they MUST do it like this. I don't care what others would do. I simply stated WHAT I WOULD...JFC...
I was about to say that I'd love to live in this house, but then I noticed that there weren't any laundry machines. Would probably need a shed with electricity and water for a laundry room.
I would add a stackable washer & dryer either next to the fridge or that closet in front of the loft stairs. Other than that, it’s a perfect tiny home 🏠
This video and home seem very nice, but you didn't include any information in the description. Who is the manufacturer? Where is the home located? How do people get info about the home, etc.? It would be so helpful if you could include that info. Thank you so much!! 😊
Just found you -- nice job on this video... where was this located... wondering how much it would cost to ship to Maine? And if the insulation is sufficient for cold winters. Thanks.
My thoughts exactly. I paid 29k for a 70' x 14' single wide with a washer/dryer 2bdr 2 bath, back in 1988. Can't touch for that now. Guess that was quite some time ago..🤐
Why not put a Murphy bed in the bedroom that could function as a desk / workspace during the day vs take up limited space and not be usable except for sleeping?
Oh Sam, this? Is perfect! I do have a couple friends that own like 40 & 80 acres of land, I’d love to talk with for hopefully, an acre? Enough to grow garden, love squash etc. And? Have a dog, a buddy! I’m ecstatic! Now? Need info on how, where to find this house? It’s …perfect! 😘❤️🌹
Well, it would be nice if you would give us information as to where this tiny house is and how to go about getting your hands on it. You left all of that out of the video.
Awesome. This beats out my very nice single apartment in a wealthy neighborhood!! Perfect for someone with grown kids who is approaching retirement. There would be some significant added costs - land, water, electric and sewage.
Considering that the furnishings are included, I actually think this is a decent deal. Finally someone selling a tiny home that isn’t ridiculously overpriced. My only issue is you already have the gas stove, I would have made the fireplace gas too. Overall, I think it was well-done.
I live in a tent behind planet fitness,i wake up ,go to planet fitness and shower, work out, relax ,then go to work,if u got a wife and kids ,this won't work for you,im saving a fortune
I lived in England for 3 years. There all flats are very small. I had an all-in-one washer and dryer unit in the kitchen. It was installed in the cabinate. Hated it because the clothes never quite dry right but looking back I guess it worked out ok.
Permits alone would add $15,000 to the cost around here. Not to mention foundation work and running the utilities. Tap in fees are crazy here too. They installed the wrong person in office to correct those things! Sad.
Why would somebody buy something that small spend that much money when you can get a bigger house with lower payments a mobile home is bigger than that and don't cost that much
"try to figure out how to own the land" - Yes exactly, that is the tricky part for a lot of us, not just the monthly cost of the house. Unfortunately..

Dishwasher is for lazy. That's why yoy have hands. Need a washer and dryer though.
see, I could do without either if I had a bath~, that's a must for me
Need washer and dryer connections.
Yes so true.
Portable washer hooks up to sink
@merillo5 There isn't enough room to put a portable washer in that tiny kitchen or bathroom.
Run a connecting and put it upstairs,or wash it yourself and make clothes line...Grandma way.
I totally agree at least a stackable
They should put pocket doors, takes up less room.
Yes!!!
Bathroom has a pocket door
@@ibapreppiethe bathroom door completely blocked off the toulet
My first thought when we saw the bathroom!

You can have an attached shed or bldg with a washer and dryer.
Where can I see one ?

Love it. If you had your own land to put it on you can build your laundry room on to it and widened it out if you like. ❤
Laundry shed?
I loved it@@lisaln3987
Like in a finished shed attached by an enclosed breezeway...
Would definitely need a storage shack and a car port too
I wonder how good this house would hold up during a storm
Just the way he talks about it makes me want to buy one lol
What…? Did the “walk-in” closet sell you? Tiny is the rage, I get it. As for where you place it and how…? - - Gotta LOVE his DisneyWorld analogy 🤷🏻♂️ WTF
Could be two bedrooms upstairs. Love this house. Beautiful!!!❤❤❤

A tiny, dystopian, anti-social society ran by drones? Sounds like a blast…
The only thing they should have done was put pocket doors instead for more room
And Murphy bed that could double as a work space desk during the day.
Definitely for the bathroom door.
Definitely, or - to keep down production costs - bifold doors.
Yea that bathroom door has to go. I'd just remove it and put a curtain
@@user_abcxyzz Personally, I want a noise blocking regular swinging door. I don't need company listening in!

Good point about the absence of a washer and dryer. Did he mention how the place gets heated?
Electric heater between the couch and recliner in the living room? Don't think he mentioned any other. AC is in loft. Maybe a reverse cycle?

They are movable. If a fire comes, a bad hurricane, take the warning notice, hire a truck if needed and get it out of where you place it. 😊
"Buy this now for your storage unit!" That is a very funny way to sell a pretty house.
It needs barn doors so you have more room opening and closing.. love it besides that.
While I would personally remove the doors and put curtains (I hate interior doors) this would be a solution for those who want doors...
