- This mobile home shocked me when they told me how much it cost! Mainly because the quality was great so I expected a lot higher on the pricing side as well! This double wide house is complete drywall offers so many things I believe y’all will love it! Also, It’s my first time to ever tour a home by this manufacturer! The manufacturer for this house is Timber Creek Housing. The model for this home is the “Bear Creek.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,800 square foot. We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

First off this home is BEAUTIFUL!! Very large rooms. Lot's of closet space. My son had a home almost exactly like this one only difference it had cathedral ceiling in living area kitchen and master bedroom. He took out the tub in master and changed to a large walk in shower. And the window in dinning room became a door to the patio he built on. I love this home and good price.

For the price, still a good spacious house making good use of space, less wastage on corridors. Closet size in the two bedrooms a big bonus. I enjoyed the house tour, thanks.

Just buy used, preferably at an auction. Man you can get a big 1000+ sq ft mobile home that was used by businesses like doctors practices for like 5 grand it's insane

@@GlorifiedGremlin That’s what I did! A couple were getting divorced and had to sell quickly. We bought it for $7000! It only needed new windows and roof.
This house has some spectacularly large closets, very different from the one in the following video, which is two-story and so large, and the architects forgot that the closets must be large, large, I prefer this one to the two-level one. The only thing I didn't like was the master closet in the bathroom. Apparently they do not remember that the humidity of the bathrooms can damage clothes, shoes, handbags, cosmetics, jewelry, etc, etc. Thanks, I love your videos!!!!❤💖❤

I agree it is affordable and a beautiful home. I would only change the kitchen cabinets and change the dining room windows into sliding doors for my screen in porch. Plus a wood burning or gas fireplace. Yep! Thanks Chance for showing this one you rock...👩🏾👊🏾

I like the cubby hall with closet into the hall bath. It gives a bit of privacy from the dining/living aree. simple functional layout. Nicely done.,
best one in a while love those interior doors!!!! only thing I would change is to have vinyl floors throughout, and cabinets white....love it. want it.

I totally agree Mrs. Mary. No carpet! I have yet to see good carpet in a mobile home. Don't know why.

Extremely nice. I'd go for the microwave in the right tall cabinet option. In the Master Bath I'd want the tiled shower. I'd want a basement but the stairs would be out the back door into the attached garage. Getting that water heater in the basement would add at least 3 feet to the Master Closet.
I wonder if they offer a higher pitched roof option. I have a lower pitched roof, the shingle life is half of what a higher pitched roof is.

Just priced a Clayton/OwnTru 1475sq.ft. doublewide home 3/2 starting at $70k. Delivered and installed minus utility hookup was $108,800.
I was surprised to see this mobile home. It was around the same time that you did this video that I went by and fell in love with this same one! I wasn’t able to go the next day but the day after I was prepared to do the paperwork and purchase this same home. I was told that it had sold the previous day! I was also told that the price had been lowered in order to get it off of the lot to make room for newer homes. I was very disappointed especially after telling my children that we would be trying our best to get it. The salesperson could have at least made a phone call just to let know. The hardest part was telling my children that we would not be purchasing the house after all.

Perfect size home I love that all the closet in the bedroom are nice size. Great sealing point along with the kitchen for alot a people for storage. 👍👍👍 love it!
He's (your son) going to take your job soon lol. Affordable square footage plentiful, and built with the materials more desirable, it's more surprising likable than expected. Just would change flooring and a few other particulars to suit myself. Price is right on target unlike most lately. Thanks again Mr. Chance !

That is a good price. In 2017 I visited a local dealer and it had a nice 1300 sq foot place for 65k before options delivery and installation. This is a lot of house for the price.

that layout is perfect. Tell me, would an "option" be to replace the dining room window with a glass door instead? A back deck from that would go super to enter the dining/kitchen first, entertaining outdoors with direct access to the kitchen would really be nice.

Looks like a very nice home and well-built at that it's nice to see them using actual drywall and hi-grade doors and windows. However don't forget you have to add the cost of a carport or garage and most people like to have a front and back patio added. Which I'm sure would highly increase the price. Definitely one of the better manufacturers I've seen though.

That is a very affordable home... Even if you upgraded to a tile shower, I wouldn't change anything else. I do like carpets in the bedrooms. My stairs and upstairs bedrooms have carpet.

Because of my age I would half to have an electrician put all the out let’s. And switches located about 4 feet higher up the wall. Getting a little changing trying to get down to the baseboards . And can they put a wheel chair ramp in for the back way. I do use mobility aids . A walker . I like these videos keep up the good work

Hey Chance! You also need to visit Ohio and the unbuilt modular homes. The first time I was in one I had a hard time believing that it wasn't a site built home.
