Great Stuff from Pat Mac, especially the part about keeping your hands up. It's something that has to be practiced so that it becomes second nature and you do it without having to think about it, both on punches and Kicks. Ya gotta like Pat Mac's content, always good for training. . . .

He is right a lot of people try fancy round houses or side kicks. But a front kick is the best and most practical kick. If you do it right it’s like an uppercut, as in hard to see not really as telegraphed as the other two kicks. I remember watching this kick boxing match this two massive guys taking each other’s best arms shots crosses hooks etc and hardly flinching. Then one of them threw a front kick not even full power cause they were both exhausted, it was like the other guy had been hit by a freight train. It’s like an atomic bomb if you get it right.

Man I had such a crazy dream last night. I watch Pat Mac pretty often, and I took melatonin to go to sleep last night. My dream had the Russians invading the US red dawn style, I was at a mall, and Pat mac asserted himself as the commander of the citizens in the mall. He was teaching everyone how to set up booby traps in the mall, setting up rationing, and kill zones for the russians that would inevitably make it to the mall where we held our ground. I woke up and it was so real, and then I realized that something like this is probably happening in ukraine. You rock Pat Mac

Big fan, speed is directly related to becoming stronger. If you can generate more force you become faster. Developing a punch is a skill, and how hard you hit is due to practice of that skill combined with the force generated that comes from being stronger. the best way to hit harder is to become stronger. and then, practice punching.
    again big fan.
