Its ironic that ive worked out in this method for years and took some crap for it instead of following the crowd. At 60 im always working on quick twitch response plus strength with resistence bands and for cardio days i bike and for balance i have my electric scooter. Ive changed up my methods a little to keep things fun and challenging. Good to see im on the right path. Thanks fellas.
I fell to certain death and survived. Shattered hip and shattered pelvis broken right shoulder 10 broken ribs bruised lung bruised femur severe hypothermia. I was alone in the woods 6 degrees out real feel of 14 below. Lightly dressed q 60 second walk threw the woods too my truck took hours. Upon making it to my truck on the 3rd or 4th attempt I made it in the truck called for my own medivac. I fell at 52 currently 57 and almost fully recovered minus any distance running. Still live with misery but that will never change I've accepted my pain levels and realize they will never leave. You have to prepare for the impossible in life and it won't be when it arrives. NEVER GIVE. Months in wheelchair months with walker months with a cane . Make yourself hard to kill spiritually physically and mentally
This is like a match made in heaven. I watch juji because of bodybuilding/strength aspect and I watch Pat because of the tactical world. Perfect, thanks guys!
Literally my TWO FAVORITE fitness “influencers” Mr. PatMac has taught me so much on not only REAL FUNCTIONAL movements, but also basic dude stuff. Gardening is manly as FUCK! Juji has taught me to love being myself and experiment and keep fitness interesting and entertaining. Thank you guys, it’s safe to say yall have literally saved my life.
Being a nomad survivalist I've lived out of a tent most of my life, and not having access to iron to train i have to get creative using the natrual environment around, heavy rocks, swinging and axe, swaying a saw, using my hiking gear on my back as added weight and so on, the hardest part of this is being able to do pull ups because finding a tree branch thats strong and low enough as well as even enough is harder than you think, this is awesome because most of these workouts can be done in the middle of the woods with the most basic of hiking gear and nature
Damn...was just sittin here, having a break from my studies, watchin some Juji... How the hell am I supposed to keep sittin and learning now that you got me all fired up to work out?!
I did a little shot put in high school back in the 80’s and we were never allowed to say throw. We were told, “Shot putters don’t throw, they put out!”
This kind of reminds me of my general setup outside except Idon't have as much money so it's way more ghetto and have to get a little more creative, lol. But that is part of the fun, I encourage people to try it has really added a lot to my routine. It's amazing what I can accomplish with spending very little money. a few bands, a couple cinder blocks, a couple big stones I found at the park, some old tires I got from people's garbage, on garbage day, a sledgehammer, a couple dumbells, a med ball, a homemade heavy bag.
The greatest lesson u can take from Pat Mac is that this guy has an extraordinary zest for life .. passionate mf who enjoys living to the fullest ..thanks guys .. max work out .. max fun
Juji should definitely do a follow up with all the hardcore gyms in a few years , would love to see what changes or what new concepts all these brilliant people come up with or what might change with gyms or what not. Super great series!!!
Saving a family from a car wreck or a burning building is why this dude trains and how this dude trains does anyone not absolutely admire Pat McNamara this guy is awesome!!!!!!
Love this. I have been training to carry my wife and kids out of a burning building for three years now, and it has completely changed how I train and how much I love training.
Pat Mac. Legend has it he was once the new guy who was responsible for prepping the motorcycle rockets that Chuck Norris used to kill Robert Forster in the American Travelways Flight 282 incident in Lebanon.
Much respect to Pat McNamara. Some Special Operations guys get out of shape after leaving the military. But this guy is still in top physical condition in his late fifties.
Sooo glad I’ve found this video man I’ve had serious back issues for a long time and these guys know what they’re talking about looking forward to trying out these exercises ❤🎉 keep it coming
Omfg man I haven’t watched juji in a year or two. My god man has bulked up like crazy you was allways a big guy. But now you’re a monster. Wow. Just amazing progress
PatMac is my ideal fitness goal for his age. The dude can really do it all at nearly 60 even overcoming health issues and injuries from his time in Delta.
I'm 8 years past when the docs told me I'd be in a wheelchair from a degenerative nerve disease, I'm really into functional weight training too. I do a lot of similar stuff to you in the vid, I also like chopping wood with an 8lb ax, carrying firewood from my wood lot to my house in log form, running in snow shoes, and digging projects with shovel pick and buckets to move the dirt. With my disability, I'm lucky if i can get half as much done as i used to, so if I can get a farm chore done at the same time as my workout, that helps make up for my decreased capacity with increased efficiency. Cool s tuff, I will definitely Check out your channel more.
I am soooo sooo happy functional fitness is making a big comeback! It's great to look fit and strong, but having those practical muscle to do something as simple as pulling yourself up is very important
FULL BODY IS THE ONLY WAY TO IMPROVE OVERALL STRENGTH AND MASS I HAVE WORKED FULL BODY MY ENTIRE LIFE HOWEVER I DID GET THE GENETICS FOR SIZE. GOOD JOB GUYS
Pat is the only person you need on your side when the apocalypse comes.
Are you telling me this is NOT your dad??? this man looks like you in 20 years
@@sdkEd I take that as a very high compliment. Thank you. 😁😁

Thank you. That was a very nice compliment you

Fuckin legit. This is good stuff. This is the way people should train if they are not training for asthetic purpose.
