    Great instruction. I was warned about the workout on my wrists. I have a slight shoulder issue and so I actually found that this routine placed a lot of stress was placed on my shoulders. I modified and still got a good workout.

      Hi there, thanks for sharing your experience & I'm glad you enjoyed the workout. The advanced reformer repertoire does include of alot of exercises on the wrists and can be taxing on the shoulders. So they can be quite tough if you have shoulder or wrist issues & the movements definitely may not work for everyone. I'm glad you were able to modify and make it work for you. Cheers!

    Not all machines are the same, I struggled with the intensity because you said "2 reds" instead od saying the intensity :( for example I have one red (the most intense) please tell us about the intensity of the springs, not the colors. Thanks :)

      Hi Vannessa, I'm sorry about the spring tension confusion. It's tricky because like you said all machines are a bit different. On my machine Red = heavy, Blue = medium, White = light. In the future I will try to be more clear in my delivery on the springs. Thank you for the feedback!
