Just brought a reformer and this was my first workout . I had so much funnnnnn . It was def a challenge and I cant wait see how I improve ! That spine stretch was amazing.
It was the perfect beginner intermediate Pilates workout I’ve done. I haven’t done Pilates in months now, trying to get back at it. This was the perfect workout!!
