Truly feel good, real good workout - workout every muscle in a therapeutic way without too much strain and still felt the burn but everything felt good maybe because of the stretching involved 🫶🙌Thank you, I was expecting it to be less pleasant as it says intermediate + 40 minute and every minute was worth it

Thank you Michelle for this wonderful workout that relived my lower back/tail bone pain that’s been there for the past week. This workout felt like an internal lower back and tail bone massage. I have sedentary job and haven’t been working out for the past year. So for anyone like me who’s got pain to the point that they cannot even crack their lower back. This workout is what you need! Somehow it released my tail bone joints out of wherever they were trapped in, pooped them when doing the circles at the end and at the last move of stretching. More importantly the pain is gone. Keep making more workouts like is - all I can suggest. Going to check out your upper back videos for the next workout 🙏🫶

That wolf turn was never popular when I did competitive gymnastics. It is only until Simone Biles started doing 4 rotation wolf turn on the balance did that turn become popular. It is a really difficult turn sequence. I could do 6 rotation pirowits and I never did the wolf turn and I took gymnastics at school and privately for 7 years lol in 1983-1990. Try the wolf turn without the turning disk lol it is mad hard turn to attempt.
