Cold start -12, 2013 Opel Insignia Diesel 2.0 CDTI FAIL

Tried to start the engine, but as we can see with no luck...Vehicle was not used frequently in last months(covid time , work from home etc.), thats why :). Need to chargeup the battery, or replace it...
EDIT:
After charging up the battery, vehicle still was not able to start up. Few days later when it was plus 5 , everything worked again. So the reason of problems was the fuel (frozen, gelled) .
EDIT 2:
After replacing the battery and fuel filter, car didnt have any problems during the next winter (2021/2022) :)

Put on a new starter, turns very slow.
Insignia should start at -20 without any problem.
