    I have multiple sclerosis and worked out to your videos during quarentine then fell off on the routine and have felt significant weakness since stopping. I'm trying my best to start all over. I'm so thankful for your videos on my starting over journey.

    I think I need to try this one out. What I like about it is the pace. Not all workouts need to be extremely fast. The timing, execution and form on this workout looks amazing.

    I rarely finish any workout videos, but I find your videos are perfect for me-not too tense nor too long. This is the first time I have worked out for more than one week. I'm feeling much better after finishing each session! I'll try this one too. Thank you so much 💕

    I rarely get through workouts on TH-cam because I always feel like giving up in the first set, thinking "I won't ever again get into the shape I was two years ago". I was so happy with my fitness and shape but a setback of my mental wellbeing made it impossible for me to find my motivation again. Even though, due to heavy depression, it's still hard for me to work out regularly, I try to do your "small" workouts from time to time. This was the first thirty-minute-one I did in a long time, felt like giving up after every set, but you really pushed me to finish it. Thank you for your workouts and that you always make pauses after every exercise!! Most fitness influencers/TH-camrs don't include pauses in their videos which is not beginner friendly AT ALL. I hope I can push myself to do your workouts on a regular basis... Thank you for making this kind of workout videos. They truly work best if you want to get into a routine. You rock, Maddie! ❤

    I needed a work out I could do in a camper and this was perfect! I really appreciate the even tone throughout, the timer that keeps you pushing and the sound so you don't have to watch the clock. You have done this so vey well.

    I have been following you since 2020 and you have for sure changed my outlook on working out at home. I always had a mindset of working out at the gym because if I'm at home I won't have the motivation to do it. But girl let me tell you....I'm working out 5-6 days a week in my living room watching you and enjoying all your challenging workouts. It's amazing to see your growth and to now having a space to call home, "your baby" that you have birthed from the ground up (literally) is amaaaaazing!     I'm trying to be a fitness girly from now on and your workout videos seem simple enough to just try them out!
