    I would love to share my experience so far, I’ve been following all mads beginning workouts for about 2-3 weeks and i already can noticeably tell a difference in my body! My tummy is flatter and more firm, I feel stronger and have more energy! These are becoming easier and easier which says a lot about my progress 💪❤️

      I pray God gives you energy 🙏 and you feel better in Jesus name Amen. Girl I know what your going through. I highly recommend a green powder specifically organic garden instead of a multi vitamin because the vitamins are more active in a green powder. And a mushroom supplement with lions Maine it fights depression and fights against brain fog.

    The first workout video I ever did with Madi I felt like I was going to die. 😅 I’ve been keeping up with it 3-5 times a week and now feel challenged, but like I can keep up! You can do it!
    I feel like the 15 second rests in between really make it possible, and the targeted feedback on form that Madi gives really makes the difference in results!

    It's hard finding at-home workouts that I like. As a retired NCAA athlete finding the mixture of exercise that I feel is enough, while also balancing it with low-stress environments is nearly impossible. I'm glad this stumbled into my TH-cam page. Nice 30-minute burn, with low-intensity music/commentary. Exactly what I've needed after years of suuuper high intense/stress exercising- thank you!

    A year and a half ago I screwed up my left knee. I tried exercise, stretching, a ton of effort for marginal improvement. I took this class for 6 days and this Sunday I notices an Amazing result. For the first time in over a year, I went down a staircase, Without Pain. I do not have enough words to thank for your great work. The absence of pain is a blessing without end.

    I’ve got a problem with some of these workouts and I don’t know if someone else suffers the same. When doing the “donkey “ exercises or the “bird dog “ or any kind where you’re using one leg on knee as a supporting leg, I feel that supporting leg way more painful than the one that’s supposed to be working out. Apart from that I love this workouts!!!

    This video was amazing didn’t repeat same workouts over and over! In 30 mins I burned 152 calories. My heart rate was between 76-167 bpm. I was able to do all the workouts and felt super proud after.

    This is one of the best workouts you've ever made! I love the pacing, minimal repeats but when there are repeats it is for purposeful moves, and the exercises were a good combo of standing and mat. I tend to prefer standing workouts but, man, this was all great! Thank you!

    Ooooh my! That burnnnned!!! Loved this one! I’ve tried to do nearly everyone of your videos (not HIIT though), and I’m happy to say that I can get though them, but this ONE!!! Really had me sweating at the end and when you announced that there were two more exercises, I thought I was going to pass out! Hahaha Love love love! Thanks so much for sharing your awesomeness with the world! Your videos have really changed my life, my ability to move, my strength, balance, coordination and overall tone, and I’m a 54 year old yoga instructor.     The first time I did this workout, I went through without a sweat or getting tired. I waited the next day and no soreness until roughly 24 hours later lasting for 3 days. Did it again after soreness wore off and now I have done this workout every 2-3 days. Im loving it! ❤️

    I haven't commented before, but I really just wanted to say how much I love Maddies workouts. The way she describes how to do each move and where you should be feeling it makes the workouts so much more effective, before I started watching her I was just flailing around instead of focusing on "slow and controlled movements" and "keeping your back flat to the floor" lol.     Yay perfect!!! I did the dancer thigh workout and the 20 minute full body workout this week. I have a gym membership but working out with a mask is rough. Madfit is the best and I will do this one forsure!!

    I do love your workouts, just a small tip. I am 21 years old and have had heart problems for all my life. I know how to listen to my body but some might not. The thing is that sometimes the breaks are not long enough for my heart beat to get back into the healty range for a workout. So maybe for future videos you can add tipps like these in the begining of the video.

    You are not the only one who can’t do the last jumping squat. I didn’t do it since my right ankle hurts. If the workout can provided with when inhale n exhale will be very helpful. Don’t assume everyone know . Good habit of right inhale n exhale make the benefit of workout much more. Hope you consider it. 🙏🙏

    Some of the exercises are beginner friendly so I definitely recommend adding some weight or a boot band if you are intermediate, otherwise great video !!

    i’m starting this workout today, only got to do up to ‘26:16’ before my body gave up but i’ll going to be consistent and doing this everyday. and of course eating healthier. i’m a mommy to a 3 year old and i’m getting married in august so i want to look a bit nice and confident in my body. if any of you have any tips i’d appreciate !
