      @@Consciousbreathyoga I truly did! I think this was a few weeks ago while I was performing in Moab. I recently had a Denver concert (where I live), and am planning a show in Austin 11/21 and an album release party in January in Denver. Would love to see ya at one someday! I share a monthly email with updates for folks. 🫶

    Tja k you for this. I love the shorter ones to fit in with the time k have available in evenings, between work, momming and all the end of day tasks. These are brilliant.

      Just did again. I love the shoulder stands, but sometimes they leave my lower back a little bit zingy/twingy.

    I don’t know how but you were able to get me to do three legged dog in only two lymph drainage sessions! I’ve been uncomfortable with it for years. I noticed I felt lighter after only the first session, so thank you for your channel!
