Love this 30 day challenge and will probably add it to my daily regimen and go back and do it all again. You asked where some of us were watching this from and I am a retired daily exercise lady from a small town called Grafton in Ontario Canada. Like the fact that most of your routines aren't super long and can be done when you are short on time. Just shows that you can get a good workout and not have to spend hours to see results and feel super good. Keep them coming please. Moe
I started heavily crying like two minutes into this workout and I have no idea why, I just got really angry since I couldn’t do the exercises correctly. Hopefully this has happened to somebody else cause I’ve never heard of this happening before, I’ll unpause where I left off once I calm down. Hopefully tomorrow goes a little better, I’ll see you than Holly :)

Ahhh my legs are burniiing!!! My left knee is a mess so some workouts, specially the crunch to the elbow and kick high one, was a bit difficult because my knee kept hurting.
