You should also try it with "omnispeaker" turned off because it makes the high frequencies kinda crackle or sizzle, while making the bass sound hollow. I think it's some kinda ai generated stereo separation feature, but not meant for the equipment at hand.
yep this turned off and the eq settings is a game changer now i can play persona without needing to wear headphones bc its not only louder it also doesnt sound like actual shit anymore either
I didn’t touch my legion go as after some update the speakers were sounding really bad. Just tried this and it makes the difference I’ve been looking for. HUGE thanks :)
I don't make comment a lot but this time, I have to say that it helped a lot !! Such an improvement in seconds without downloading anything !!! Thank you man, I may fell in love with you.
I uninstalled fxsound today because it sometimes breaks my sound, there were several times when I turned on legion go and there was no sound, I had to restart legion go. Also, there is a slight delay due to fxsound, literally a few milliseconds, but it can be noticeable in movies or shows.
I dont hate he Legion go speakers like I thought I would based on everyones opinion. I don't expect them to be amazing on this thing. They're adequate.
I liked FXsound but I think I FUBARed something trying to get my BT earbuds working in a game so I might reset the whole thing, glad I don't have much on it.
…messed up my lenovo legion go a plenty…now forever uninstalled…it create conflicts all over with system audio…earphone aux, hdmi external monitor sound, all system sound settings, bluethooth sound and so on…fx sounds generic fail searching is to generic to be to any help…be aware and have a good uninstaller handy to get rid of it all…after uninstalling fx sound on my lenovo legion go everything seems to work normally again thank god…
had a legion go 3 times ...i always ended up selling it , i gave it a chance mainly of the screen its hard to use you need acrobatics to use it now i ended up buyng a gpd win max 2 2023 now im loving it im supriced how comfortable using it
In my opinion, hearing just the video, it's not a straight up improvement, it got the sound kinda muddy. I do think it's better, but not in every aspect. Thank you for pointing out, there's a factory EQ that's responsible for the awful spiky and tiny sound the Legion GO produces. I'll definitely change the EQ.
@@TechGuyBeau Hello there again. Thank you for the video. I did go into the EQ. The speakers are trash, but no EQ will fix them. I just let the EQ flat, and the audio is much better now. It's still trash, but it's not nearly as tiny and awful as before. The voice setting is too muddy and weird to me. But to each their own, I guess. Have a good one.
Honestly it’s so revitalizing. I played for several hours after discovering this nonstop, it’s such a game changer to have a nice clear sound, and it’s also quite a bit louder
its a moderate change and this is good tutorial, however that does not change the fact that the GO has absolute SH*T for speaks and no it is not that dramatic. You mostly only hear this with music.
First thing I tested was speakers, since most testers say they are worst thing on LeGo and it was not that bad to my positive surprise. But I would like to run Dota to 100 fps but that is a long shoot 🫣

Now that made it sound even better, thanks for the idea!
How come this comment had zero likes (excl. a like from the video's author)?
Just go into realtek settings and turn off enhancements like any windows pc. Perfectly clear audio

the bass is A LOT more defined too
oh man what an improvement holy smokes

It really does revitalize the handheld
So much better, thank you. I also found that turning loudness on and omnisound off helped a lot. Now it isn’t painful to listen to anymore.
Huge improvement. Thank you.
right?! i had to panic make a video because its such an improvement
Danke!
:O
Danke to YOU!
OMG!!!! This is such an improvement! Wow! Thanks a lot for this. They sound remarkable now. Thanks so much again!!!!!!

Hell ya man! You rock and in a such short and clear and easy to follow video. No promo ads either 😂
This and FX sound combined and the sound is good to go .

Loudness on/off?
I can´t find this menu.
Have already updated my audio driver
Hole E fk
That's makes a massive difference.
I dont have the realtek audio console anywhere???
It says realtek cannot connect to rpc or sum?
I’m not finding this RealTek Audio Console when I search for it in my windows 11 settings.
Might need to update drivers through Lenovo and get the software through the support site
Nice difference
Equalizer is grayed out...any ideas?
Check your drivers to make sure they ar updated
Can you give the exact range

Lol compare them to rog ally and they are garbage lol
ok... i must dovnload this video for later. my legion is on the way to my home :D
Amazing!
On my device cant change the equalizer :(
Make sure you have your audio drivers updated

It’s from dbrand
I suggest you guys turn off the omni speaker, its the real problem. Thanks me later :)
Ty
Where is this found?
@@robsauceda4087 its right there in the video. search realtek audio interface in your start menu.
@@robsauceda4087Realtek audio! At the very top above the EQ sliders
It sounds so much clearer now! Thank you
That actually looks really good in the white dbrand skin
I wish someone would do a classic NES one.
yeah ,my legion go sound isn't well , my next handles will buy steam deck oled
has anyone compared the sound on the rog ally with this adjustment?
The rog ally is still better since it’s directional, same as the steam deck. But this puts them much much closer
@@TechGuyBeauI’m sorry what does it mean “directionally”. And what type of speakers in GO?
Yo wtf ?! Whats going up with lenovo ???
try SteelSeries application 5x louder and better
Why tf is that the preset😂

Jazz sounds the best
I’ll try it.
FX sound is best.
No it's not, Boom 3D is.
Is it better than fx sound??
FX sound adds some lag to sound, can't stand it
fxsound is still better
Ive never had lag with Fx sounds on my legion go, but other people have had that problem apparently. @@arktez9307

Ja fakt nechápu Lenovo. Udělali super Handhled, ale totálně zapomněli na Dolby Atmos? A vůbec ty reproduktory jsou jak z Nokie 3310. Prostě špatné.

oh thats just my microphone. Give it a try in person and play with it a bit. its vastly improved

No? He’s giving the credit to the guy who gave him this advice. And even if he didn’t give credit, it’s not plagiarism. No one cares.
