Imagine you have a super imaginative, kind-hearted friend who loves to help others. That friend might be an INFP! These are some of the most creative and caring people around. But guess what? Sometimes, they disappear for a while, leaving everyone wondering where they went.
INFPs have incredibly rich inner worlds. They're like treasure chests full of ideas, dreams, and feelings. When they disappear, they're off exploring these magical worlds inside their heads. They need time to recharge their creative batteries, sort through their emotions, or enjoy quiet time alone.

Escaping is definitely a big reason, but sometimes you just have inner talks that you want to unpack and in the process you don’t want to get others involved. Just give us time if we want to come back.
I'm stuck on permanent recharge. Just waking up drains my batteries
I tend to do what I call "going to the wizard tower" where I am off social media or respond much less
The internet makes it so difficult to just have that inner peace for a moment!
Sometimes we have a crazy landlord and just get lost because we can't find our way home 😮
my friends think that i separate myself from them while i just want them to be here beside me but not all the times just when i feel i want to talk to them so this habit if disappearing really drains me so much because i can't do anything for myself or even my friends. Anyways i chose to isolate myself this time because i need to get all my wasted energy BACK . I hate the fact that i can't protect my energy and keep losing it unti i feel overwhelmed then I left everything behind me and escape:(( sorry i wrote alot because I'm bored
