Glad the trip went well. Yes your exactly right about being thankful to change the tire in good conditions. Could have easily been on a busy highway on roadside and turned very dangerous quickly.
i always have my 1/2" cordless impact , sockets and other tools if im going on a trip. you never know what will happen. if i have room i carry my 3 ton floor jack. its so much faster and easier than a bottle jack. i can look back on my life and see many times where God was watching out for me even when i didnt deserve it. Nope has nothing to do with the Lord, it's you being prepared and lucky!!!! You have enough sense to take the right tools!!! and you got lucky at the timing, and also that it didn't happen on the road....Being prepared is keeping the family safe!!!
