Great review but would you have paid $1500 for it? I see great reviews all the time for items that the reviewer received for free and I always wonder if they would have bought one themselves.

I see it on Amazon. It’s not cheap. I have the Ecoflow Wave2 that looks similar to this one. I love the portability of the Wave2. I used it off solar power for heating last winter and cooling this summer.

I would like to have seen more of a demonstration of it starting at a certain temperature, then seeing how well it cooled off the inside of a tent, car, rv, etc . I don’t mean to be critical but this was just like an infomercial. Looks like a nice unit, so don’t get me wrong, thanks.

  • @mmaxx9915
    @mmaxx9915 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

The problem with these single hose a/c units is they exhaust the inside air out of the RV. That means the same amount of air being exhausted has be replaced by the hot outside air. A dual hose unit would cool much more efficiently and effectively.

So, 100 outside, what did it cool your rv to? I assume you didn't run your other 3 units

That RV park was engaging in CRIMINAL behavior! Cutting power to an RV that had a dog in it because it was costing them money to run the A/C. Newsflash! Thats why there is a fee to stay. It’s supposed to cover the cost of electricity, water, maintenance, ect. If it doesn’t cover those costs maybe a higher fee is in order. If that was my dog I’d own that place! I would sue them out of existence!

Connecticut has a unique way of handling it. You pay extra for each day you use the a/c. You know this up front, before you park

Or maybe just don't go back, give them a bad review online and not be ridiculously litigious? Why do Americans seem to sue each other over just about anything...so weird to me. The people are straight up dicks but the idea of suing them seems WAAY over the top to me. Tell the to go f themselves, walk away like an adult and let everybody know what kind of people they are so their business suffers and they loose money, no need for the parasitic legal middle man.

Way too much carrying on about potential use scenarios and way too little demonstration of how well this thing actually works. I’m here researching because we’ve owned a ZeroBreeze Mark2 for the last 3 years, and after two full weeks of camping with using it to cool our very well insulated ground tent with dedicated AC ports (ShiftPod2) it no longer cools the tent adequately (space: 12x12x7). The specs on this are nearly identical to the ZeroBreeze on paper so I need to know if this performs better and more reliably, or not.

Well 4 hrs on high is not enough time and 4 to 5 to re charge = 4 hrs hot temp again but thank you for the video P.s. Heard about your neighbor doing a qucky in the middle of nowhere😂that will be a treasure for along long time .

You missed the Elephant in the room. You did not talk about air flow. That uint only has one hose for exhaust. That means it draws air from your room and exhaust it out the hose. So in essence, you are pulling over a hundred degree air into your coach cooling it and exhausting it out thru the flexible hose thru the window.
So it feels cool but it's not really. where ever the air coming into the coach is coming from will be hot. usually the bedroom.
It just like the big units if it has one hose, not effective where the air hits you it cold but the overall area stays the warm.
It requires two hoses, one to bring in outside air to cool the condenser and one to exhaust the hotter air that comes out of the condenser.
Two hoses good. One hose no good no workie.
How do I know this. I had a travel trailer that only had one air-condition, we stayed in Palm Springs area for a week. It was over 110 out side and 90 inside with one Air conditioner. I when to Home Depot bought a portable air conditioner with one hose and placed it by the couch slide and out the slide widow. It was 12000 Btu's and the living kitchen was nice. We went to the bedroom and oh my!! it was over 115 in the bedroom. That slideout was the one drawing the air in to exhaust out thru the air conditioner. So something will suffer. To fix that problem I took the one hose portable back to Home Depot looked for a two hose one they did not have one, so I ordered one from Newegg. That one worked.
So the moral of my comment, you put up a good video but you did not properly access the unit correctly. Its designed to be outside pushing cold air into a tent.

In NC now & AC quit yesterday. I have pets. Last nite did not get below 88. This is my worst fear, as right now, due to having to pay to bury 2 family members unexpectedly, your solution is far too expensive. I’m literally looking at trying a GoFundMe. So embarrassing; I don’t know anyone, but mother canceling life insurance without notifying is a $12,000 hit that has ended me. And my RVs emergency & general fund. Sorry to be a bummer, but having a pity party while it’s cooled to 89 inside RV. I worry most for my little 13-year old mutt.

There are decent swamp coolers that can cool a trailer easily if you're in a dry enough area.

So you got mooned by the woman in truck who pulled up in the background and popped a squat during your video filming outside. LOL. Laughing aside, I get this is a "paid promotion", but as others pointed out, not a good idea leaving a pet unattended in an RV where there is ANY risk the inside temps could rise and kill. And 4 hours is a tease... especially at that price. IMHO you'd have buy at least 1 extra power pack to make it even marginally worthwhile. When are vendors going to stop this paid promo nonsense, who really believes these? I guess they have little faith in non paid reviews. Glad you got some money out of it.

Lol. I'm sure it's helpful, a little. But in all actuality, 2 15k btu AC units hardly puts a dent in a hot rv running all day. That little 2500 btu unit running 4 hours won't do anything. Let's be honest. Unpaid reviews are much more honest.

Why this might be an alternative. You keep saying 6 hours but on your test you barely even got four. This unit is not going to be much use you need at least 8 to 10 hours and possibly more of cool air so you great you get 4 hours then what do you do. No one should be leaving their pets in their RV take them with you. That way the dogs get exercise and they get to come along too. If for some reason you can't take the dog then you just don't go to that place. I take my dog everywhere. Also you can qualify them for being emotional support dogs or service dogs if that is a necessity. No one should be left in an RV. Is anything we're going to happen and it has it is a tragedy. So if somebody cuts off the electricity again if you have this plugged in then you defeated your purpose. It's still not a total answer. I would suggest just staying where it is cooler
