I also thought of 64 DS and 3D All-Stars (not sequels, but ports/remasters could also be a garnish of approval from Nintendo).
I prefer Galaxy 2 and Odyssey but I can see why people prefer Galaxy. It truly feels like you’re in space with the backgrounds and the music is by far the best of any Mario game. And the story is genuinely really emotional in some points. Magical
It really seems like the only people who don’t like brawl can’t separate it from the first one and look at it objectively as it’s own game. It’s indescribable how that story made me feel being like 10 or whatever seeing it for the first time, I wasn’t allowed to play any violent or scary games so the dark themes really made it stick out to me, I remember getting stuck on one part for literal YEARS. I would replay the story over and over, getting to the donkey Kong part, but then that one little section where it’s pitch black I’d get stuck Bc I had a little kid brain and I didn’t get that you just had to look around in the dark and hit a switch or something, I just COULD NOT figure it out and when I finally did literally YEARS later I was so excited I finished the rest of the game in one day which was crazy for me as a kid that was the first time I sat there all day playing a video game
The Wii was my first console ever.
Same.
Nathaniel:wii party is the only the only wii series game I haven't played until now.
Me: wii chess
Never thought I’d see the day that Nathan talked about lego Star Wars
my computer BSOD'd when you said Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort were not ahead of New Super Mario Bros. Wii, I mean, it's still a great game, but Wii Sports and Resort were better, but it's your opinion, you go with what you want.
I can get behind the list. In my own personal list, Metroid prime trilogy, WarioWare shake it and NPC Pikmin 2 are on my favorites list. :)
I am Confused

He’s ranking the top 20 sellers.
Sonic Zero Gravity & Kirby's return to dream land: Am I a joke to you?
It's kinda unfortunate that Xenoblade Chronicles isn't capable of being on this list.
And it’s sad that link’s crossbow training beat it
I just realized that the graphics look so good, that’s weird because they didn’t look that good originally on the Wii. Am I just seeing things?
FINALLY SOMEONE THAT PREFERS GALAXY 2 LIKE ME
Bruh EVERYONE PREFERS GALAXY 2! (Although I’m not one of them.)
I've seen around an equal number of Galaxy 1 lovers to Galaxy 2 ones. Which is a good thing in my opinion.
I personally prefer 1.
@@Bluebatstar yeah, 2 is good, but 1 is better. It FEELS galaxy, 2 is way too much "2D blue sky", its like we are in a regular mario game trying to be galaxy. I just like the weird melancholy of Galaxy 1
@@murilopereira7186 that just makes 1 different, that doesn’t make it better. In a vacuum 2 is easily the better game imo.
4:00 A rayman game basically did this concept, except the background was either different ingame areas, or irl footsge settings as all you do eas shoot rabbids.
The funny thing is, we have a Wii still and whenever game night comes around we always play Wii sports and Wii sports resort and Mario part 8
This video brings back so many memories and great games. The Wii really deserves to be the best selling Nintendo console.
He finally talked about a Lego Game!
Can we have triggered and mind blowing Lego game video?
It’s really hard to explain to someone born in like 2005 how insane it was to play wii sports when it first came out, people need to give it the credit for being the ONLY video game in my entire life (and probably other peoples) where my entire family would play it. My sister has a few games growing up but I don’t think she’s ever finished a video game and probably now hasn’t played one in a decade. My parents would never play a video game, but wii sports is the only thing next to the VR headset they were interested in
We need Donkey Kong Triggered and Mind Blowing videos! Also he said Barrel Blast which is also an amazing game on the Wii!
16:27 you are so right. Brawl deserves much more love. My favourite Wii game. Great video
Anybody who has played the Wii also watched the Super Mario Bros. Super Show on Netflix on their Wii and that is facts right there
...the what
Yes, definitely, it felt like the law
@@kdlsimondistefan47 Don't tell me you've never seen The Super Mario Bros. Super Show??? Or the Super Mario World cartoon? Or Super Mario Bros 3?
@@thekingelise I’ve seen them I just didn’t have Netflix on my Wii.
@@thekingelise The one of Super Mario Bros 3
Nathaniel Bandy talking about Just Dance, and LEGO Star Wars is something I didn’t know I wanted.
Darn, I thought kirby's epic yarn was gonna be here. That's ok doe
16:34 this was my first ever smash bros game I have ever played! I’m serious!
Yeah! I played it at a birthday party and then I borrowed a friends disc and then I bought my own copy!! I love super smash bros Brawl!
So many memories with this games and the console!!! These games were a great selling success!!!!
Damn, Super Smash Bros Brawl is a game of my childhood, I love it. Wii is my first gaming platform, while this game, along with Wii Sports and Sonic and the Secret Rings, are my very first games I have ever played. Now I just need to pull out my old Wii and replay it.
He finally talks about twilight princess 🤗
I still have twilight princess for the Wii and it still works but no Wii but a Wii U but I had a Wii and it broke
I used to go to this really cool library it books and all but there was 3ds games and wii games like what library has those anyway thee was just dance 3 and got it we forgot to bring it back and it is still in my room
Games that are a part of my childhood:
Smash Bros Brawl
Super Mario Bros Wii
Just Dance 2 and 3
Wii Play
Super Mario Galaxy
Wii Sports/ Wii Sports Resort
17:48 nico be like:Time to launch all my coins.
Finally! SOMEBODY respects Brawl!
4:47, FINALLY! Nathan actually plays Wii Party
Love it or not, gotta give credit to the Wii for being the first console with motion controls. They were pretty far ahead of their time as well.
But I don't want to give credit to something that's objectively worse than a standard controller and in most cases turned out to be an hindrance more than anything.
@@davion4777 this is a strange idea of objective
I really love that your cap disappears after getting 99 lives in NSMBWII, it’s a very fun little detail that I wish was in Deluxe
I remember playing just dance back in the days..... Sadly i moved countries for "vacation" but then my parents said we were staying ;/ i ended up loosing my wii...
On the Wii, my favourite games were NSMB Wii, donkey Kong country returns, SMG1 and 2 and twilight princess!!
LSW:TCS Is a game i played when i was like 6 or so, so much memories!
SAME, I recently got my old copy and started to play it
@@reddo4079 Nice!
"The Wii sure had video games"
I understood that reference.
I don't. Could you explain it to me please?
Keep up the amazing content I will never stop watching you
I acsidentley bought galaxy 2 instead of 1 and never played 1 until 3D Allstars and I wonder if I hadn’t accidentally bought galaxy 2 would galaxy 1 be my favorite instead
You better stream the Nintendo Direct on Tuesday 👀
Wii Party is the best! I still play it with my brother every time he visits!!!
