      If you use oats they are good! Like a breakfast cookie. We do all the time. But chocolate chips in them not on them. For treat try mint chocolate chips in. And bake

    Good morning, I do not think there is another cookie recipe so easy as this! It is so nutritional and so easy. I think the chocolate deco is lovely, and the toasted sesame seeds would be great tasting thank you for sharing you are a star. Many blessings.

      Should but the rice cripies may absorb the moisture and not as pure n healthy as sesame seeds

    What if you rolled that into a log and wrapped it in plastic wrap and then refridgerated it and then sliced it into cookies so it would go faster? But i bet these cookies are great! I guess you could also pipe the cookies out too.

    Indeed a very simple and easy recipe. I am wondering if without any oil added, wouldn't they be burned easily, especially with so many sesame seeds?

      I think the temp of 160° and the 20min keeps the the sesame oil & moisture from the banana from overheating, letting the outer sesame seeds gently toast.
      I think the biggest hurdle is getting the bananas at just the right degree of softness. 5:43

      @@IHadAToughTeacher It’s not 106 DEGREES… that is Celsius! They are baked at 355 degrees! They don’t burn because of the high moisture content from the bananas.

      Omit checking the number.. Tho as you pointed out was apparently wasn't metric. But now I find the temp, a moderately hot oven that many minutes, I would be dreading scorched & inedible. Yes, cookies ARE baked at much higher temps, but the sesame seeds are a touchy. ..... Another thing is, has she ever checked her evens true temperature, climbing slow the numbers. She could have a slow even. .... I, myself, would do ONE experimental gookie before committing the whole bowlful. Thank AGAIN - I thought I read the correct number - - I sure wouldn't g
      Want anyone to take so darned long... Especially since moisture doesn't even turn to steam until 212 and browning at 325

    They look very nice but in the Netherlands sesame is not cheap. For this recipe the sesame is about €7.50 😮

    Here is what I found from another source.
    Ingredients:
    2 bananas
    250g untoasted sesame seeds
    Process:
    Slice the bananas. Blend them in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl.
    Add the sesame seeds and mix well.
    Prepare a baking tray and shape the mixture using moulds.
    Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC (350ºF) for 25 minutes.

    I made this recipe, but tweaked it. I didnt have sesame seeds so I used slivered almonds. In addition I used Himalayan sea salt, vanilla extract, raisins, figs, saffron, cardamom, ground up Nestle Crunch bar, Wasabi peas, and a pinch of Mexican oregano. Came out great!
