  • This is what I eat instead of candy bars ! no bake ! no sugar! no flour, no butter ! healthy snack
    Ingredients:
    ~ 1and 3/4 cup of oat flakes (280g).
    ~ 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds (60g).
    ~ 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds (60g).
    3/4 cup of almonds (120g).
    1/3 cup of salted roasted peanuts (60g).
    1/2 cup of dried cranberries (60g).
    5-6 pieces of dried apricots.
    1 and 1/3 cup of dates (300g).
    1/2 cup of peanut butter (120g).
    1/4 cup of honey (80g).
    zest of 1 orange.
    a pinch of salt.

    Hi, I have tried this one, is there a way to hydrate the oats, after having this a bar of this shown size, all the troat and food pipe feels very dry for hours.
    The dryness doesn't reduce for a long time even having 2 to 2.5 lts of water in an hour

      How about almond butter, sesame butter, sunflower seed butter, pumpkin butter, cashew butter, coconut butter? They would probably all be delicious. Actually I'm not sure about the coconut. It might be a bit strong tasting.

    Evet fırın yok, fakat içindeki tüm malzemeler Kalorisi yüksek seyler.. Evet sağlıklı / ev yapımı fakat KALORİLİ ... ( ellerinize saglik )
