Out of the three stories from this sequel, the Anastasia plot was the most interesting. It’s was an interesting change of pace for her character, finding romance with a baker besides being the spoiled rotten stepsister from before.

Seeing Anastasia getting redeemed was really refreshing for me when initially watching this movie. She got fleshed out, we get to see her defy Lady Tremaine, and she gets her Happily Ever After with the baker

I love seeing Anastasia happy. When you meet her at Disneyland she actually talks about her hopes to find love. I actually got to tell her that I bake and I like wearing pink and she said she thought I was charming. Drizella was not a fan though haha
You should definitely do Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella starring Brandy and Whitney Houston. The best Cinderella in my opinion.
That one is my favorite Cinderella musical, I think Ever After is still the best Cinderella movie though.

For the record, these were three episodes of a canned Cinderella series (which was often the case w/ the sequels) with the third film being more a proper sequel.
Tarzan did it other way around. Although with a prequel rather than sequel and the series was more successful
FYI:Fun Fact:Prince Charming was voiced by the same guy who voiced Prince Eric in the original The Little Mermaid movie, and Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the 90s Fox Kids series.
Anastasia’s mother is something else and I am glad she stood up to her.
Cinderella 3 is also pretty good. The 2015 remake is amazing. Too bad they cut the dog out of the remake.
I'm happy you enjoyed this direct-to-video of Cinderella, I like to be honest that this movie was my favorite Disney sequel and I really love that Anastasia Tremaine became a reform character.
Even if we don't know if she married the Baker (but I'm pretty sure of it because of the end credits of the third movie), we can be sure she'll ve very happy and wealthy with him because his suit during the ball insinuates he has a good life

WOW thanks for uploading, I haven't seen this sequel in a long time and I wanted to watch it, especially the first story about Cinderella adapting to the new life in the castle but under too pressure of being a princess, until she realizes that she shouldn't let others there tell her to be the way they want and she can do it in her own way. Also, even though she was a maid when she met the Prince, he loves her for being who she is and doing things on her own. I like how the little mice making the new book of stories for Cinderelly: and it's great how Jaq-Jaq, along with Gus, have always helped Cinderella, and now they live in the castle, he still wanted to continue helping, what a good friend! and he's always done it in the way he is, even if he's a little mouse.. In addition to the third story, Anastasia is not that bad, she does have a good heart and wants to love, she simply needs someone to show her how. Even she and the baker don't have large dialogues, but their romance is still so cute.
The thing about Pompom the cat, is it's probably living in the castle to hunt mice.

It wasn't until Jaq became human that I recognized who was voicing him. That's Rob Paulson! Aka Pinky from Pinky and the Brain (and Yakko from Animaniacs). I guess you could say he's had experience voicing mice. Narf!

This "movie"feels like it was just three episodes of an animated series pasted together, like "Belles Magical World", but the Anastasia story was good(and gets brought up later).
20:25 I liked it how Jaq was trying to talk to Cinderella as a human form.
I really like the symbolism of the remaining flower in Anastasia's story. It was in tatters but neither cared, Anastasia proudly put it in her hair and when it fell again, the baker put it back. It's really sweet and it feels like it symbolizes embracing imperfection, which especially feels good after the things Lady Tremaine said about things needing to be perfect.
Anastasia also started to look genuinely beautiful when she stopped trying so hard, both in her dress and behavior. I feel like that calls back to the first story in the series, when Cinderella kept failing until she stopped trying to be something she wasn't.

A youtuber of my country (I'm from France like Cinderella) says in a commentary video that this segment shows to us that, in fact, Cinderella wasn't the only victim of Madame de Tremaine
Idk if anyone's mentioned, but the 3 different stories in one movie is because they were the first 3 episodes of a show that ended up not being made. Rather than waste the animations and plots, they put them in one movie (and added an overarching story to tie them together) and sent it straight to home release. That's what I've always been told at least

The mice and the Fairy Godmother tell different types of stories is a great idea for a Disney movie. Also I bet the original cast from the 1950s Cinderella movie is probably all dead.

This and An Extremely Goofy Movie are my top Disney direct to video sequels. I still like this one due to nostalgic reasons and I'm glad you reacted to it. This film doesn't get enough credit for redeeming Anastasia in the first place, it's really impressive how fleshed out her character arc is. It's her love story with the baker that makes her a better person in the end. I also like the first story where Cinderella adapts to her new life but doesn't let the rules define who she is and remains herself ❤❤

Well we have here the lesser of the Disney Cinderella movies, but in my opinion, the next one is the best of the series.

But I always return to this one just for Anastasia.
I don't know if you have seen it yet, I'd have to sit and look through your backlog of reactions, but I find Ella Enchanted starring Anne Hathaway to be a pretty fun one with tropes and twists and a bit of Shrek like comedy sometimes. It technically falls under a Cinderella retelling
I recommend the 3rd Cinderella movie, it's one of Disney's best sequels.. it's a funny movie that gets talked about a lot.

Cinderella 3 is my favorite out of all the Cinderella movies.
I know so many people hate this movie cause it's boring with the standard three stories Disney direct to DVD crap. But I loved this movie as a kid, and I still love the Anastasia redemption. Wish we got Drizella (I hope I spelled her name right) redeemed too but then again in some abusive house holds not all of the kids get out of it, sometimes being just as crappy as their parents.
The greatest year gap bewteen a original and sequel is Bambi and Bambi 2

Disney direct-to-video sequels are produced by the television studios. Hence, the change in animation. They fall into 1 of 3 categories: either a TV pilot, a prequel/midquel, or an honest-to-God sequel. This film is in the first category.
I'm glad you enjoyed it for what it was. Too many people keep trashing this one to an excessive degree. But if you think about it, this type of 3 short stories format is perfect for a sequel to a movie that doesn't need one. There really isn't anything to tell after "happily ever after." So just telling a few "Day-in-the-life-of" shorts is appropriate. And before anyone says something, yes, I am aware of Cinderella 3, but my point still stands.

What's funny is when he says " Zuk Zuk " is french because technically, the tale of Cinderella takes place in France 😂

Honestly I know this sequel gets a lot hate and not many like it that much but I actually like it growing up I liked that you got to see Anastasia have a personality and see she actually matured a little bit and also see her fall in love with the baker boy which I thought was adorable 🥰 also I like you get to see Jack Jack be like as human which I thought was interesting too also love Cindy again 💙💙💙 as well as the old characters and the new ones as well 👍 so basically I just really like this movie and it has been ages since I watched it but feels good watching old memories again so thanks Tim 😊 can’t wait for the third one 😄😄
Ce que Cendrillon veut dire à Anastasie, c'est qu'on obtient plus facilement quelque chose de la part de quelqu'un en utilisant la douceur plutôt que la force (dans le sens où les mouches seront plus attirées par du miel que du vinaigre).
En France, on a raccourci l'expression pour donner " On attrape pas les mouches avec du vinaigre "

The only redeeming quality of this Cinderella II movie is giving Anastasia some redemption given her mean-spirited stepsister personality as we came to know her from the original film.

J'oubliais Tim. Tu as parlé de l'horrible robe de Cendrillon, eh ben tu n'imagines pas à quel point ça peut être dangereux.
Je m'explique : il y a plusieurs siècles, il y a eu un incendie à Paris lors d'un évènement appelé " Le Bazar de la Charité " dont les victimes étaient majoritairement des femmes. La cause était que le hommes se sont tous précipités vers la sortie et qu'à cause de leurs robes encombrantes, les femmes ne pouvaient pas bouger autant et se sont faites bousculer au point de tomber et que leurs robes ont pris feu.
C'est d'ailleurs à cause de ça qu'on évacue les femmes et les enfants en premier maintenant
The stories in this movie are better than in Belle magical world AND the animation too! Not as iconic as the first movie but it's pretty and colorful, the songs are ok, Anastasia get more development and a cute romance. It's a simple film, i like it 😀

Definitely the weakest movie in the trilogy... because it's not actually a movie. Disney had planned on making a Cinderella animated TV series, but the series was canceled. The three stories here would have been episodes of the series. (Though everyone agrees that the final segment with Anastasia and the Baker is the best one.)
The thirt movie, however, is REALLY good. So that's something to look forward to.

What's funny is Kings can cook for themselves their stories about Queen Elizabeth's husband actually cooking food inside the kitchen himself so Kings could cook for themselves Prince Philip did it all the time apparently like Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth's husband would cook for her all the time the kings are allowed to cook sometimes even the younger princess will sometimes cook for themselves so it is not that weird to think so a man can do it it's just there's a lot of rules like this apparently for some reason so this isn't completely made up but it was kind of weird to think Prince joffrey is King now that's going to be a big change for a lot of British people the Queen Elizabeth dying
I don't know why I am barely seeing it now but.....in the first story where cinderella wanted to open the gate, why is it that the baker is seen walking off with his wife and son? I thought he was single when he met Anastasia in the story after that.

Tu marques un point à propos de ce film car à l'origine, c'était censé être une série sur la vie de princesse de Cendrillon mais l'idée a été abandonnée. En plus, tu as mentionné " La légende de Tarzan et Jane " et tu as raison car les trois segments de ce film sont des épisodes de la série " La légende de Tarzan " (je ne sais pas si tu l'as vu).
Le fait qu'Anastasie soit plus gentille est une référence à une version du conte d'origine où la plus jeune demi-sœur est décrite comme moins méchante.
Si tu as aimé cet ajout, tu vas adorer le troisième film (n'oublie pas ce que j'ai dis à propos des crédits de fin 😉)
Ce film est le moins aimé de la trilogie mais quand on le regarde en tant qu'adulte, on peut quand même en tirer des leçons.

The sequels are not always the best but this one was okay.
For me, this movie was weird. Not the funny weird, the kind of weird where you ask yourself the moment the film over "What the hell did I just watch?", if you know what I mean.
This was the perfect ending to the story. The third movie was pointless and nowhere near as great as this movie.

Is changing a lot about how the British government works in real life like a lot of changing in the UK now like Prince Charles correlation there was a lot more diversity than there was for Queen Elizabeth's version it was a lot smaller but there was a lot more diversity in people like he's changing up a lot of tradition and he's doing things a lot differently than Queen Elizabeth dead and the other people in the royal family so a lot of changing even though wagon he's using is not the same wagon that Queen Elizabeth's family used so he is changing a lot so this is kind of funny because

One of the most boring sequels. The 3rd story is yet decent, but I didn't like this movie because it doesn't focus on Cinderella in reality.
The story of Anastasia finding true love is definitely the best as it shows that even someone like her could still get their happiness on their own terms. Can’t wait for more Cinderella reactions, but I must recommend A Cinderella Story starring Hilary Duff, Chad Michael Murray, and Jennifer Coolidge.
