Engage your core (Make sure to squeeze your abs and pull them in) 2.Breathing Technique (Do not hold your breathe, exhale during the hard part and inhale during the easy part) 3.Inconsistent Form and Bad Form (Do not try to speed up and keep the same form, do the exercises slow and controlled, not half-assed) 4. Compound exercises (Do not forget to do them, they are very important, Do one to two sessions a week) 5. Diet (Make sure to eat healthy!!) 6. CARDIO (Do not forget cardio, it helps lose body fat and burns all the fat away!)

Guysss, eating right doesn't mean that it's not okay to enjoy unhealthy foods once in a while, the point is that it doesn't take up the majority of your diet. In a perfect world, we'd all be able to easily buy only organic and fresh food that isn't packaged, but most people know that's not the case and definitely isn't an expectation. The best we can do is clean up our diet where we can, and if we can't, then we can't, and so be it. So many people in the comments here seem to think that because they ate a couple of crisps that they eat terribly as a whole
I have 11 line abs and I would say that there is no such thing as 'food you should eat'. You must be smart, however I don't avoid sweets for example. I avoid pure fat such as oil, but I use a lot of white chocolate, coconut, nuts... 😊

Yes chloe breathing technique is really important. I've been working out since last year and i always have the injury on my throat because of not proper breathing.. stil learning to breath right 💕

I always had trouble getting the breathing right and my personal trainer would try to tell me when to breathe in or out during certain exercises but I love the simple way you put it of breathing out during the hard part. Makes it way easier to remember when to breathe!
It's actually cheaper. It's gonna be more expensive the first grocery run because of the foods you need in bigger proportion but after that it will be way cheaper.

In the longer run, they are far cheaper. I always had a family who cooked 3 meals a day at home so it comes naturally to me. Now after being an adult, I am trying to incorporate the same thing. One month of grocery shopping of whole foods will be lot cheaper than processed food for one month. Do meal prep if you don't have time. Also, salads with healthy fat like avocado will be filling so you won't need much. The grocery bill will cross 100 bucks easily but will last longer

I'm glad I already do most things you mention here! I do some of your workouts and they do work. It'll probably take some time until I have proper abs but I can already see a difference :3 I was just skinny with no definition at all and now I can already see a little bit of toning! Cardio definitely helps, too actually. Even though I was already thin I think that I had too much extra fat on me because I never worked out and ate a lot of unhealthy snacks.
yes my poor diet is my problem. i exercise daily and try to stay as active as possible while we're now in quarantine, but sometimes i just can't control the urge to snack. i'm trying to change it, i eat healthy foods(my family likes this change since they always encourage me when i'm eating my veggies). but sometimes i just want to taste something.it's gonna be a tough and long journey. but a healthy body is worth it. so let's go guys! we got this

The hard thing about the breathing technique is that when you’re already exhausted, you instinctively catch your breath while doing the exercises. Especially if it’s your first day starting any program of Chloe. My tip is don’t try to finish fast even so if you feel like you have to pause in between of 2-3 exercises, then pause. The goal should be is executing the exercise precisely, well that’s just my opinion after one week of doing her 2 weeks shred workout.
As a very early beginner who wants to stick to my new regiment, I would LOVE a slow paced ab workout video based on correct form. I use several videos and love bowflex’s 6 min HIIT workout but would like to add an ab video that teaches me form over quantity.
Vacuum twists helped me learn how to engage my abs. I had NO idea how to do engage them before vacuum twists and I had to do vacuum twists for weeks before they really woke up my abs. But now wow, I can incorporate using my abs into the all Chloe's exercises including ones for my butt etc. Thank you vacuum twists, thank you Chloe!

I’m gonna tell you the same thing I told my best friend. Some people see results in 2 week some in 2 months and some in 8 months. Every body is different. Just eat healthy and try to eat as healthy as you can and not junkfood or chocolate. And I’m not sure if with results you mean weight or abs but if its about weight remember that you’re also building muscle which has a weight too. So just remember change takes time. Try to be consistent and dont push yourself to hard. Hope this helped!! And goodluck with the workouts. I’m gonna start next week😂❤️

yes my poor diet is my problem. i exercise daily and try to stay as active as possible while we're now in quarantine, but sometimes i just can't control the urge to snack. i'm trying to change it, i eat healthy foods(my family likes this change since they always encourage me when i'm eating my veggies). but sometimes i just want to taste something.it's gonna be a tough and long journey. but a healthy body is worth it. so let's go guys! we got this

The hard thing about the breathing technique is that when you’re already exhausted, you instinctively catch your breath while doing the exercises. Especially if it’s your first day starting any program of Chloe. My tip is don’t try to finish fast even so if you feel like you have to pause in between of 2-3 exercises, then pause. The goal should be is executing the exercise precisely,
well that’s just my opinion after one week of doing her 2 weeks shred workout.

As a very early beginner who wants to stick to my new regiment, I would LOVE a slow paced ab workout video based on correct form. I use several videos and love bowflex’s 6 min HIIT workout but would like to add an ab video that teaches me form over quantity.
Vacuum twists helped me learn how to engage my abs. I had NO idea how to do engage them before vacuum twists and I had to do vacuum twists for weeks before they really woke up my abs. But now wow, I can incorporate using my abs into the all Chloe's exercises including ones for my butt etc. Thank you vacuum twists, thank you Chloe!

I’ve been doing exercises for weeks and I can’t feel anything like nothing and I’m not getting any results and I’m getting frustrated because I’m trying to get fit for the beach but nothings working. 😭😭
I’m gonna tell you the same thing I told my best friend. Some people see results in 2 week some in 2 months and some in 8 months. Every body is different. Just eat healthy and try to eat as healthy as you can and not junkfood or chocolate. And I’m not sure if with results you mean weight or abs but if its about weight remember that you’re also building muscle which has a weight too. So just remember change takes time. Try to be consistent and dont push yourself to hard. Hope this helped!! And goodluck with the workouts. I’m gonna start next week😂❤️

I'm not sure but I think you're building muscles under the fat so it looks bigger. so you should work on your diet first. I hope I helped ☺️
