Just for the people afraid of the gym: the machines all have pictures and diagrams on them to show you how to use the machine properly. And if you’re still uncomfortable, ask an employee at the gym to show you how they work so you stay safe! (most gyms have personal trainers who will be glad to show you!) Most important thing is to remember that nobody cares what you’re doing. They’re only there for themselves.
@@geekista it really doesn’t happen in most gyms, unless you’re painfully misusing equipment or trying to get attention. That’s why Im saying, just ask for help from staff so you don’t endanger yourself with the equipment. (And If by chance, someone is filming other people, you have to alert the staff).
I wish this was true [the last part]. Only do homework outs now because men would ogle men in the main gym, & when I went to the "womens only room" the ladies would glare.

I totally feel you on this. Since almost a year I've been very inconsistent with workouts n recently I've started again (trying to be more consistent this time). It feels *so good* to workout first thing in the morning. My day feels successful n my body actually feels different than on days when I don't workout.

Hey Chloe! I love your workouts, I just finished the 2022 weight loss challenge and I just started the 2022 summer shred challenge! I did want to point something out after dealing with it myself, the guys (not necessarily the role playing one) that are working out their neck may be recovering from a neck or back injury and that is their rehab. I watched my husband go through that after he got rear-ended by a semi in 2017 and broke his face in 6 spots. Love you girl and keep up what you do!

hey, I know I’m not chloe, but I think I could help ya out. For the flat stomach thing, you’re gonna need to exercise everywhere, lose FAT everywhere. What do I mean? You can’t do fifty crunches everyday for a week and expect results. God made it that way, I guess. 💀 but anyway, I used to question that too. But you’ll have ENORMOUS changes if you incorporate a good diet. I’m based in the Uk usually, so when I travelled there on holiday, I ate whatever I wanted. In a sense. I ate brown bread instead of white bread, basmati rice instead of white rice and used rapeseed oil instead of others. I suggest doing food swaps like the ones mentioned. Also having a good mindset helps. For your third question, it depends on you. A fitness journey shouldn’t actually be a journey, because think about it. If you exercise and get your results, then stop exercising all together, what d’you think is gonna happen? You’ll be back to square one. Question four, I suggest doing follow along workouts. Home workouts work more than you think. Chloe ting and lilli sabri are my favourites. If you’re into Kpop, learn some choreo. It’s the best cardio. Your lil apology makes me wanna give you a hug. Love yourself, because for some reason right now, I love you. Stay safe and I hope this helps.

@@jungkook8122 Maybe you should take 1-2 rest days per week and make sure to do proper warm up before and cooldown after the workout. It helped me a lot .

Nope. I'm through going to the gym. My mind-body connection is immensly greater doing homeworkouts where I can actually focus on what I'm doing. A couple of weights and resistance bands do the trick for me. But that's just introverted me. I would go to a group workout session with Chloe and other Chloe fans though... 😁 just for fun

I am 15 years old. I gained a lot of weight in 2020 and was bullied and hurtful words many times and embarrassing situations from people I wish the worst days for them. I fell into depression because of them and because of my weight and tried to lose weight a lot and failed many times and I felt like I embody failure in the form of a human being but when I saw Chloe and started Last month I was in a twenty-five day challenge and it really gave me satisfactory results with following the diet and now I am on the fourth day of the two-week challenge and my stomach is about to disappear. I am really happy and I thank Chloe from the bottom of my heart. My mental state is much better than before and I love myself... Thank you Hey Chloe.
