    I love the first woman video because she's talking about how badly she feels in her own skin, as do many of us, and while she's working out her dog is sitting there staring up at her with all the love in the world. It's just a little reminder that no matter how you feel, there is somebody or something out there that loves you unconditionally.

      no matter how you feel and no matter how you look especially those who love you and in this case the dog they just look at your heart and not your body, my cat is the only one which i can feel confident with because she just loves me and in exchange of the love she gives me i give her everyting she needs and wants, animals are way better than most humans

    Just broke up with my boyfriend of 7 years. He wasn't good for me and constantly criticized my weight and diet. Now that I'm on my own, I'm starting to revamp myself. These changes are inspiring to me.

    Oscar's clip actually made me cry a bit. I feel like I understood him a little too much, those thoughts get to your head and it can take over your life. He's so brave for sharing that side of him and kudos to him for pushing all the way to the end! That's a huge achievement ❤️❤️❤️

      You can do it! In your after shot, I could already see a difference in your face, not only physically, but you seemed happier too. It's hard to work out or eat healthier if people are judging you for it. Don't let them get to you. Not everyone is going to support you in getting healthier/working out--some people can get jealous and seeing your progress and success makes them feel unforgettable because now they're the "fat friend" or makes them feel bad for not working out too. Do it for yourself and for your happiness and health.
      During your before/progress shots, I kept thinking "he's adorable, I wanna be his friend" 🥺 so pls don't be so hard on yourself. Just take it one step at a time ❤

    To all of you guys claiming that Chloe’s workouts are too easy and that you don’t break a sweat: stop kidding yourself. Her workouts are far from easy. In fact, workouts are never easy if you do them right. You don’t have to stick to her pace. If need be it, go faster for more cardio or slower for more strength. Personalize it: you don’t have to follow her exactly. If you use mind muscle connection I assure you you’ll feel the burn. I’d be dammed if any of you still argue that these workouts are for beginners because they definitely don’t have to be. If you’re already fit, good job, I’m proud of you. Keep going and push yourself to the max. That goes for everyone as well, but I do believe the ones who are already fit aren’t working hard enough, or rather, find an excuse not to work hard. Everyone else is putting in their all to get results, and mind you, results sometimes aren’t always visible. Even if you don’t “look fit” your body has changed, it always is changing. You’ll become physically healthy I’m sure if it, so stop saying you didn’t get results because you definitely did. I’m not saying Chloe Ting works for everyone, but rather that people should refrain from discouraging her workouts by labelling them as “beginner level” or “ineffective”. Keep Thrusting! ❤️

      agree! Like I've had moments when I realized I wasn't doing an exercise right and started engaging the tight muscles and omg it was so much harder! You need to engage your muscles! You need to do what works for you!

      I agree but I don’t see anything wrong with calling them beginner workouts. There’s nothing bad about it, but calling them ineffective is definitely untrue because any workout, as long as they r done properly with time under tension can be a good workout no matter the difficulty. Also her video r geared toward more people who r beginners or just starting out, so I don’t think it’s wrong calling them beginner level

      @The ListOfMine Well, the only workouts I do are these (actually, the only ones I ever did). Right now I'm 1 week in her 4 week summer shred, before that I did her 'Get Fit' challenge. And I didn't change anything about my diet, except that I'm eating more yoghurt now (which had nothing to do with Chloe though). And I see quite the difference. Even now, when I look in the mirror like every day, I see a difference to from a week before. And I feel so much stronger than 2 months ago (not a surprise, I had no muscles whatsoever). The most important thing though: Back pain, neck pain, generally occasional pain in joints etc, is nearly completely gone. Except for sometimes sore wrists and stiff muscles (5 minutes of stretching for all of them fixes that quickly), I'm as physically healthy as I wasn't since childhood.
      On the other hand, my eating habits that are considered average here in Germany, count as a very healthy diet in the US/Canada/Australia, etc. I'm only fat because I never move, with a desk job and desk/sitting hobbies and generally being physically lazy.

      @@olgahein4384 I do at least an hour a day it's like 4 of her videos and I don't go out to eat I do alot of protein shakes it takes the sweet craving away I also buy sparkle fiber. And I've seen alot of difference. ❤️ It's moderation I eat 1 or two tacos instead 3 or 4.

      I used to think starving and not eating much will make me skinny. I was wrong, it actually makes you fat. When you don't eat anything, your metabolism gets slower and slower. When you eat just a little bit after slowing down your metabolism by starving yourself, you *WILL* gain weight easily. So, just eat normally and it's totally fine to eat a little bit more some days. Eating a normal amount of food really helps speed up your metabolism. Just a fact and a tip in case you're in a similar situation as mine!

    When I first started in March I didn't see any physical difference, but I felt it in my core, and I also felt way better and stronger. This is one of the best things that I have come across this year. My mother said I am fine but I didn't feel fine, but now this is part of my everyday life and I love it! Thank you so much Chloe!

    chloe ting you have changed my life!!!!! two years ago my bffs dumped me because i didn't fit in their vision, aka i was too fat for them. i started to hate myself. i started dancing 14+ hours a week and lost 20 lbs (just a heads up i was in sixth grade at the time). but as i saw the change i started to notice i could work myself more because the more i lost the more i felt i could do better. i was able to find my current bffs and at dance i made another bff and i recently started the 4 week summer shred challenge and the girl i met at dance is doing it with me. i want to feel good going to a swimming pool and wearing a bikini (i haven't worn a bikini since i was 7 because of body issues). i am going to continue with the challenge until summer. chloe, i know you probably won't see this but i love you, i have been on a lot of your lives, and you are amazing and you inspire me. hopefully i am not too late so maybe you will see this but even if you don't. i thank you. you are my hero and your workouts have helped me feel better about myself. i hope your day is amazing if you read this.

      I did her workouts with some of my own things bcuz I was almost 130 pounds.
      And then I am at 115 pounds now and can do 20 pushups easily. So she was a big help.

      I have completed 2 week shred, flat tummy challenge and 25 days hour glass challenge challenge but I didn't see much difference and now I am doing lean arm and slim thigh challenge. I am on 13 day of both exercise and now I can see difference. I have lost total 3kg
      Now I see difference in my body

      Be careful with tge workouts you do, this programs are designed for adults ( for what i can see), and a fully grown adult body is different than a developing teenage body. What it needs and what it can stand, is different. Consult with a professional what kind of workout is safe for your age because your body is still growing and, usually, is gonna need something different than a fully developed body.

    When I saw Chloe Ting for the first time I was so exited to start exercising, and so I did for a few day and I felt amazing. I am 20 kg more than my average weight and I lost 3 kg in the first week I felt like my metabolism started acting up. I know that sounds like a lot but I am young so it is easier to loose weight I guess. I started going to my cousins house and to my friends house they all commented that I am skinnier even though I am still a fat cow. They fed me even though I refuse Then I gave up when I realized I gained one Kg i stopped for a month then when I tried to exercise again. I couldn't. I have three brothers who judge a lot and they didn't stop bragging me I keep giving up but now my new years resolution is from the start of 2021 I will do exercise and ignore the people who body shame me. Merry Christmas

      I get this same thing!!!!!!, i always try to workout at like 8 am so my parents dont catch me but the only thing i can recommend is telling (your preferred parent) that your working out and feel embarrased if you'd get caught, if they say yes good news if they say no.....what time your parents go to bed🤣

      For me I mostly workout in my room to avoid people watching. Even though my room is really small (like it could be a little storage room) but I still find away to workout in there, but my floors are squeaky. So I go in the basement and workout. I usually do it in the afternoon because I have more energy and everyone in my house is busy so they don’t have time to watch me

    My advice:
    If you think it's time to do something about your body, and you have a lot of motivation to exercise & eat healthier.. please stick to it. don't think it's okay to do nothing for a few days. because that's how it goes on and on and you end up doing nothing at all. and then a few months later you have gained weight and you will be even more disappointed in yourself and picking up yourself again will be more difficult. exercising will become difficult again in the beginning. And believe me you're not going to like that.
    Once you have that motivation. then don't let it go until you have achieved the body you wanted. And if you do, then keep exercising.
    it is not only good for your body but also your mental state. it will help you and make you more happy & stronger.

      @@ravzi661 My personal advice is to not rush anything. Start with the small things like taking away carbs/sugar. Keep the exercises small and do them often. Consistency is key. Also DON'T focus on the time , focus on working out and staying healthy. Time will pass faster if you don't focus on it. Results will only come with the work. I believe you can do it if you really go after it ♡.

    I used to follow chloe ting during the night of my ED throughout all of last year, I ended up rethinking at the end of the year what I was doing to myself and why.
    I’m so glad to be back with a completely different mindset and with different intentions; to get stronger rather than to look a certain way 💪🏻💓

      yes !! same, i used to have an ed and it made me so so miserable. i hated working out for hours and eating nothing - my mental health was so so bad. then when i reached skin and bone, i realised i wanted to change. it wasnt making me or anyone around me happy, so i gained weight then focused on getting stringer. now im so much happier !! i can eat such tasty food while being healthy and working out in moderation makes me feel so motivated. we got this ! < 3

      Bruh not every guy cries about things, some of us don't even care what others think. Everyone is different, biologically and mentally. If you told me to cry whenever I felt bad about something I'd laugh in your face, I use those thoughts to push myself instead to become better, just because something is "sad" doesn't mean it has to result in tears.

It's because I'm only 14 years old and I'm busy on my studies and I just want to share that I am a Filipina. So yeah after 5 weeks of doing your workouts, I lost 7kg.       Trust me everybody is different! I know you've heard this before again and again but believe me I was in the same situation too. Don't only look at ur measurements, working out is not all about weights and inches lost. It's about what you feel about it. For example I did chloe ting for straight 2 months with no change (not even an inch) but I knew I was getting stronger and that I felt well about myself, sorry for writing alot but I had to say it 😅

    There was one point in my Chloe ting 2 week shred challenge, it was the 6th day and I was getting tired of it and wanted to stop. But I remember why I started and finished the last 8 days. At the end of the 14th day I was so proud of myself for finishing! I ended up going from 136 to 131! Thank you Chloe ting

    At 14 years old I was in lockdown and I gained a lot of weight and it was when I went back to school and saw my friend and how I was different was to them. They were so skinny and I was at least 109 kg and I was desperate to be skinny and be healthy so I told my mum that I was done she could bring home dinner but don’t bring any home for me I was going to eat home cooked healthy meals. But then she brought home dinner a month later and I asked my mum to make me something else but she said you can have a treat night. I weighted myself the next day and I had gone up 30 kg and I was sooo upset, and I didn’t know why. But my goal was to fit into this jumpsuit my mum had bought me and I couldn’t get it on and I wanted to be like girls my age and be able to be me but wear mid drift cloths without being judged for it, Chloe you have inspired me I love how fast the results seem to come for others who do these workouts and I hope one day I can get the body I really want

    When I first started working out, i had the goal to look a certain way. It was so UNHEALTHY!! I gave up after a few weeks.
    Now I’m working out with a different and better goal. I want better health, better strength, and to feel better inside. I’m so thankful for these free programs and am so appreciative for all the time you put into these programs. Literally the beat BABEEE ever

    I just realised...... Chloe has to do the whole workout perfectly without any extra breaks
    Also she has to the same workout with resistance bands
    ALSO she has to dap the low impact workouts too so that’s why I respect her a ton ❤️💯
