This is a great workout! Fun, upbeat, and just complicated enough to keep your brain working! That being said, it is NOT knee friendly... From someone with a knee injury - jumping/bouncing/hopping is not knee friendly. Squats are not knee friendly. Sumos definitely aren't! Love the workout but the title is inaccurate. Just a warning to anyone with knee problems, you'll have to modify this workout heavily!

Wieder mal ein tolles Workout! Ich liebe KIBO oder TAEBO. Auch wenn deine Technik vlt etwas speziell ist, so hat es super viel Spaß gemacht und geschwitzt habe ich auch ordentlich. Der Finisher war genial!!!! Die Musik, gerade am Anfang, war leider so gar nicht mein Ding. Deswegen nur 9,5 von 10 Sternchen. 😊 Aber du bist und bleibst eine meiner Lieblings-Coaches! 🧡

Also alles, was schnell ist und ordentlich Bumm macht. 😅 Weiß ja nicht, wie das mit der GEMA ist, aber wenn du frei in der Musikwahl bist und Ideen brauchst... Kennst du Volbeat? Ist nicht zu heavy, eher ein Country-Metal. Das sind richtig gute Laune Songs und für Tabata oder HIIT prima geeignet. Aber die Geschmäcker sind ja auch zum Glück verschieden und du hast auch ganz bestimmt viele Jüngere, die genau diese Musik toll fanden. Wie auch immer, deine Workouts sind so klasse, ich würde sie wahrscheinlich sogar mit Orgelmusik lieben! Und ich finde es super, dass du überhaupt nachgefragt hast! Bin jetzt erstmal 3 Wochen im Urlaub und werde das Training schrecklich vermissen. Aber danach geht es sofort weiter und ich freue mich jetzt schon wie Bolle!
