You will definately sweat buckets because there is cardio in jump rope, high knees, jumping jacks. Not lots of boxing but.. .plenty of climbers and climbers, abs, burpees.... loved it!

I had to pause the video at the 18mins mark for another 10 secs to breathe but I finished it!! And that pause was actually progress for me because with cardio workouts, I usually pause at the 7-10mins mark 🤟
