    The variation in this video was so fun and made it go fast! Great mix up from the squats, pushups, burpees that most videos seem to be stuck on from other trainers. Thank you!

    2nd time doing this workout & I love the low-mid intensity of it! Sweaty but not out of breath. I also added a set of 2LB weights to up the intensity a little. Thank you as always!

    Great workout! Good pacing. Solid music choices. Lots of energy and the 20 sec rest periods allow for going full power through the individual segments. I did add a little intensity to some of the movements just because that's where I happened to be today, feeling good this week. That second punch complex, for example. The music was fast so I turned the cross into a double-punch, 4 jab in the middle, then cross double-punch. You have to get up on your toes and really use your core to hit the transitions, but after the two power-focused sets, a speed drill felt good. I like that this workout has a format that allows me to dial up or down as I need to. Keep these coming please!

    Oh my goodness!!! I absolutely loved this. Another low impact and it was AMAZING! There was quite a few new moves and the music was pumping and I was just so into the moves it was fantastic. ❤ thank you so much.
    Edit: next day my upper body is on fire. Every thing hurts. 😂 I even thought oooo I could add some light dumbbells next time. 🤔 I don’t know. I don’t think I’d be able to move my arms. 😆

    Did this as bodyweight strength and burned 350 plus calories. Active rest works great in this. Will comeback to this again next week.
    Love your workouts these are challenging yet enjoyable. The moves you incorporate are fun. Please keep making videos like these 45 minutes plus workouts challenging yet knee friendly ❤.

    I love your cardio HiiT videos. I had to take a 4 month break from exercise and have started getting back into things again having lost the stamina I gained which is frustrating, but I chose your knee friendly workout last week and absolutely loved it ❤ I’ve been waiting for someone to post a NO lunge/squat HIGH impact, (not low) for ages and this one was perfect. It’s not everyone with a knee issue who can’t still jump, so thanks 😊

    At 64 I love intensity but knee and ankle cartilage is worn down. Some moves are ok like Jumping Jacks but cardio high knees I cant do. Our bodies compensate though and strong muscle helps to support weak joints and here I am. Love boxing! Crushed it! KayKay yu rock!

    Hatte so einen muskelkarter vom gestrigen Fullbody Workout mit Gewichten aber nach kurzer Zeit brachte es einfach so ein Spaß das man durch zog ich liebe solche Art von Workouts einfach denn sie sind anders sie sind nicht so Standard und diese boxingeinheiten ja sie Machen richtig den Kopf frei egal wie der Tag war danach ist er geil 🤩 ❤❤❤❤❤ danke kaykay

    Hey Kathrin 😊👍 das Workout habe ich heute echt gebraucht. 🥴 Zum einen, um den Alltagsstress raus zu ballern und zum anderen natürlich mit Dir ins schwitzen zu kommen. 🥵🔥 Knee Friendly bedeutet nicht, daß es weniger intensiv ist... nein im Gegenteil, es war mega und hat gut gefordert. 👍 Mein Kopf ist jetzt Dank Dir frei 😊 ein kleines Anliegen habe ich dennoch... wäre es möglich, das du auf deinem Kanal eine Playlist erstellst... in dem all deine "Active Rest" Workouts drin sind? So kann man diese schneller finden 🙂
