Yeah it really does suck, while rooster teeth is basically dead I can say that I’m happy they made some good stuff back in the day. The first 14 seasons of red vs blue was all a lot of fun and I really didn’t need anything more then that. Meanwhile for rwby I was really done with it after season 3 because I got into it when season 4 came out. But stuff like camp camp and rwby chibi were fun projects I always enjoy. I hope death battle can stay a float and maybe we can see a return if screw attack.

@@bushamo In all seriousness, I am hoping they're doing OK right now, Death Battle was the ONLY thing of Rooster Teeth's that I actually watched...Loyally.
I mean I have a good feeling that they will be OK because they started out as an internet show proper on their own, and this isn't the first time they've had to change distributors. (Back when they started, they were backed by Revision3, that era ended even before the end of the first SEASON.)

On the other hand, I am working out details to rewrite the 'movies' almost completely. Not sure if I'm going to have them loosely tied to my Issues series or not... leaning towards not. But the Issues series is a complete rewriting of RWBY from the beginning. Over 100 chapters so far.

My dude, Dillon Goo is never going to buy RWBY. Unless he's the secret son of an Asian billionaire, his claim about trying to buy RWBY was just a publicity stunt. He has nowhere near the capital to buy the IP of RWBY. I don't think FAANG engineers or Wall Street hedge fund managers make enough income that would allow them to comfortably buy the IP of RWBY, so I don't see how the head of a small indie animation studio would even be in the same building much less the same room as the people or institutions who could afford to buy the IP of RWBY from Warner Brothers.

The only reason why I made a DeviantArt was my obsession with RWBY at the time and yeah it seems like most of their projects are cancelled too.
RVB made me remember the button combination to lower my Gun Down with my Bumper Jumper layout. It was like a secret emote or idle animation that I showed all my friends. The novelty is just gone at this point. RIP.
This shit sucks so badly, growing up with AH, RVB, and RWBY, its gonna suck seeing these things disappear even if half of these things have been on a decline for years.

I knew something like this would happen. Rooster Teeth brought this upon themselves after all of the behind the scenes drama. Who cares that the last remaining RWBY fans have been wanting a Volume 10. The only things I’m looking forward to are Dragon Age Dread Wolf, Dragon’s Dogma 2, South Park Snow Day, Chainsaw Man Reze Arc movie, seasons 2 of Castlevania Nocturne, My Happy Marriage, Smiling Friends, Zom 100 Bucket List of the Dead, Chainsaw Man, Hell’s Paradise, My Adventures with Superman, Unicorn Warriors Eternal and Seasons 3 of Spy x Family and Jujutsu Kaisen.

What I mean is the overall writing that took most of the main characters and made them mere shells of what they used to be while others had little to no growth, just getting stuff thrown on them and we were supposed to act like it was always there. Then other characters were simply butchered.
I’m sure RWBY and Death Battle will be fine. Out of all the properties owned by Rooster Teeth, they are the most likely to live on. #RWBYliveson

I’m more hoping that RWBY would get a reboot somewhere so that the biggest flaws can be fixed. Things like the constant retcons, major plot holes, BeeS, etc.
Hopefully whoever buys RWBY Yeets the Justice League movies out of Canon, cause you know that WB selling off the show means it didn’t make them money.

At best I think RWBY can maybe get GoFundMe or kick-started like the series Wakfu season 4 did
I think it took about 4 years and then they finally got season 4 and is currently airing now so maybe that's what we could do for Ruby maybe we could do a Kickstarter and hope a company sees it and will want to support

I'm a DC fan but I'm not a fan of Superman , cyborg an flash even though I'm not a fan of Superman I can get over him when the other leaders are there because they bounced off each other so well but I've never really been a fan of cyborg being a part of the main League I don't get why they use Jessica Cruz besides the fact that they wanted to use her as a cute girl
All the other DC fans I've talked to about this were confused when I brought this up I even brought this up to people in store when I saw some of the comics where they were the crossover for it and the fans who saw it that I talked with didn't even really pay attention and thought that it was some type of spin-off comic thing that was being made to sell a game because some of the people I talked to thought RWBY was a game because they even went and looked it up on their phone on some places they saw it was an animated show but because of how RWBY looks they thought it was a video game and I had to explain to them that it was a web show but it does have a lot of games and game tie-ins
and a few people I talk to on person about it just did not seem interested in RWBY they were mainly just interested in JL and even when I told some of them about the movies one of them had mentioned they saw the first movie and they were confused it xD
And now I'm really sitting here annoyed because the last piece of RWBY media we've gotten is the Justice League crossover movies and no one wanted these not DC fans not RWBY fans and like I said v9 should have been these movies and and what we got in v9 and then I should have been vacuo
But no and from what I've seen it wasn't even Warner Brothers who wanted these movies the writers themselves and people on the crew are the ones who pitched the idea for this movie and all I can think is why are they pitching crossover movies and making animes based around Weiss in the earlier volumes when they should just be finishing the main show and then they can do all the spin-off BS later the spin-off movie was a waste of time and money
And what's even more crazy as I see no one talked about the anime or these movies unless they want to bring up how pointless they are or how they were just okay the only thing people bring up from the second movie is about the different character development plot points they think will see and volume 10 when we get it 8 years from now that team RWBY will possibly go through in the volume but do we really have time for them to go through these emotional arcs cuz even if another company picks up RWBY we might only get one volume they're probably even if they're not going to only get one volume say we may be if we're lucky we get the last three like it's been planned from the beginning where we get 12 volume I believe
Are the writers going to have time with all these 50 plus characters they've had and even the more characters that are going to add on from the book like hip Master Theodore and the Rumpelstiltskin Ginger bent woman character from
And other characters they're going to have to bring back and character development points they haven't finished most of the bad guys are gone we just have center Tyrion and Salem I don't even count Mercury cuz I won't be shocked if he dies
It's really sad what's going on with RWBY I hope we get it in the next few years because I honestly think that's how long it'll take like let's say RWBY got picked up by a company this year we probably wouldn't see anything from it for at least a good another two or three years so they can get things with the company settled and adjust to working under a new company I think that's what happened when RWBY was under Warner Brothers they had to adjust being under a company that was under another company and it took some adjusting and making deals
And now we're all just sitting here lost confused a lot of people are just ready to move on and I'll feel so bad that one day I'll look up will finally get volume 10 and I'm not sure how many fans will be here to really care for it I believe it might get dropped after volume 10 and we'll just never complete this story unless they do like

@@ShizuruRavenRobin026 Well... with how badly RWBY was doing over the last few volumes, I began a full rewrite of the series. Over 100 chapters so far and I do have plans to make a comic adaptation of it at some point.
@@MrLightningbob kinda doing the same mineosly about Ozpin and Oscar since you know they are tied to the main plot that's a writer set up I get why we're following Ruby and we've been following her from the beginning but I've seen several people say that the creators originally wanted to name the show remnant and I wish they had because RWBY just don't feel like they're even tied to the main lore and plot of the show ozpin and Salem r, the only thing tying Ruby to Salem is the fact that Salem remembers her mom summer rolls and that's it other than that Ruby has no real connection with the villain and least in animes and other things I've seen they've linked the villain to the main heroes somehow but in RWBY Ruby does not feel like she's linked to Salem at all

I'm surprised RT lasted as long as it sis without the core personalities driving and guiding it. They lost their way, and cost their parent company too much money for too long, simple as. Yes, it's unfortunate to have lost something you grew up on, however they have not felt like the same company for 2-3 years now for me. And what they were offering just wasn't that interesting to me. Certainly not enough to justify paying a subscription. So I stopped watching them. This just feels like finally paying the fiddler, you know?
I just hope their hard-working ex-employees can find jobs quickly. It'd suck for them to be out in the cold because of corporate mismanagement.
