      From me some one who swims professionally I do t she can manage plus if her core was strong we would see abs polates is for ppl that need physical therapy if you need to lose weight then do cardio much more effective.

    I’m 62 and have absolutely no issue doing that.
    I started my Pilates adventure in London at 22 years old.
    I became an instructor 2002…(Full equipment and Mat-all to Advanced level/Stott credentials)
    It works 🌹 I also have a Gyro practice 😉

      Am 66 n I can do that too.
      I can sit on the floor with my feet in front of me (knees n feet together) n stand without using my hands to push off the floor. Yes thks to plates, which I started in my 40s

      Maybe keep your back flat and try again? That’s what makes it hard. Lower back flat to the floor and abs flexed without making a bread shape on your stomach

      @@leahdudash9421 there's no much difference because the only part of this exercise when you actually can flatten your back is where you're lifting your legs laying on the floor. That's not so hard

    You are the reason I started to slowly workout I was (and kinda still am) insecure of my size and weight. Don’t get me wrong I’m not very fat I’m just a bit overweight. You motivated me to start working out and quit eating a lot of unhealthy food ( I’m gonna admit I still sneak a bit of sweets here and there) but I’m improving bc of you:) tysm❤️

    I've done ballet, yoga, Pilates, backcountry running and Nordic skiing, (all a great deal of fun) and I have to say without a doubt that even though the last few years I haven't been as active, Pilates and other types of stabilizing work still has a profound impact on my overall well-being and definitely helps prevent injury. It works!

    I started so I could strengthen pretty much any muscle connected to my spine and hips (after getting a chiropractic adjustment I realized how weak being wonky had made my body) and today I got told that my body is doing so much better. The app makes it so easy for someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing 😅

      You might be doing them incorrectly. If you're doing a work outs everyday, you should be able to do a sit up.
