- I hope you enjoy this new 30 minute pilates workout! No equipment required except for a blank wall space to assist in our exercises.
This is a great full body workout to set your posture and activate your muscles leaving you feeling relaxed, yet energized! Follow along to increase your Strength and flexibility while having fun with these unique moves. The first half of the workout is in a standing position and the second half is on the mat in various positions.

Day 53, just finished up my very first wall Pilates work out when my husband came around the corner and said," I have to say your muscle tone and overall physique has improved a lot since you been doing these exercises every day" and he is not prone to praise unduly or a lot. I still do my three times a week running and walking one hour a day but I have been doing that for four years now. Made my day and I thought I share it with you :) Thanks, Lauren, that keeps me going for the next 53 days lol.

I have done Pilates for years but I felt my lower abs and obliques far more with this basic wall class. Simply keeping your back flat up against the wall is an amazing workout. I felt the leg exercises more also. I would like to see more wall classes from you. Your queuing is so perfect. Thank you so much for all of your classes!

I am 70 years old, and this is my 2nd week of doing this workout. I've had knee replacement, and lower back problems, and this feels so good to stretch. I have a long way to go before I get this flexible, but I am working on it. Thank you!

That’s inspiring ❤ I’m 66 and have bad knees, and neuropathy but I want to try it just the same. This is my first time watching, looking into wall palettes. I’m hopeful. Just need to find some wall space now 😜
After a year long battle after a very severe break in my leg, I've finally gotten strong enough to focus more on strength and mobility rather then being able to walk without assistance. I’m right there with you sister!!!! I am 53, overweight, unhealthy, and widowed most recently. I have been broken completely. The way I see it is that I can only go up from here. I too have just begun my “ Regaining my Strength “ journey. I am feeling so positive about this workout. I was able to actually do these exercises without pain from my diseased and overweight body. Intended to walk on my portable treadmill; it has a bolt loose, so that was out. Tried to download apps to fitness, but they want $ and times are tough right now. Got on YT and searched exercise for beginners 60+ ... and found YOU! Partial knee replacement and hip issues and I could STILL do this easy beginner workout. I am so appreciative of you and glad and grateful I found you!!!

Hi Lauren I have been on a cancer journey 2023 & still going.. I am 76 have had a bi lateral mastectomy & half my thyroid removed.. my stomach since the operations has been very bloated & I’m so pleased I found your workouts on utube..I will be doing these gentle exercises daily from now on so I can be flat all the way down instead of looking like a pregnant Mama.. thank you for your wonderful videos 😀❤️

I’m so glad I just found you! I’m 57 and for the last 6 years have had chronic pain and problems from a gallbladder removal surgery that had complications. My core is now extremely weak. In my 30’s and 40’s I taught aerobics now I’ve got no muscle tone. I also have scoliosis. I watched your routine first and really look forward to trying this! I wear a tens unit for the back pain. I’ll see how that goes as I may need to adjust it. I can’t tell you how much seeing your workout here, a Godsend for me!

Can’t even lie, I am a college athlete and the leg lifts had me burningggg 😭 but it all felt so nice and I feel better after than I did before so that’s how I know it was good

Thank you for the work out. I currently am coming out of menopause at 56 a teacher of preschoolers ( the best work out). Being. Gymnast in the past your body does make huge changes during that time. How ever it’s been pretty easy but, now ready to get back to a healthy shape after about a 20 pound gain from 130. So excited to start using your videos in the ear,y mornings before school. I too just found your channel. Loved this workout! It felt so good - a little challenging especially the floor exercises stressing the knees and hips.
Als background, I am 74 with one titanium knee and the other needing replacement. I haven’t been in a regular Yoga routine in 30 years, though I do stretch and do physio and hydrotherapy stretches intermittently. Using the wall made all the exercises doable. Hope I can maintain this routine.🙏

I have exercised my entire life, Im a professional boxing trainer and have been for the last 20+ years...
Long story short I need back surgery and about to have surgery on my hands so unfortunately for now put my career on hold, not wanting to stop exercising I hesitantly thought I'd try this and WOW just WOW I feel fantastic, Never would I have thought I would like let alone Enjoy wall pilates but I most Certainly do, I am so grateful I googled this and found this Amazing instructor.

Hi Lauren - Thank you for this workout. I appreciate how clearly you explain the moves. The pace is gentle, but still stretches me. I am 65 years old. Lately I've felt tightness in my hips and thigh. This workout is just what I need. I've only done it three times, but I can feel more mobility. A dear friend who has more experience with Pilates says I need to give myself at least 6 months to notice a visible difference. But like I said, mobility has improved. Thank you.

Omg! This is perfect for me. I'm a beginner in exercise. I need to work out at least 3 times per week for half an hour because my blood pressure is a bit high, I'm overweight, I have anxiety and menopause. I just started today and I think it's the perfect routine, I feel all my lower back stretch, my legs, arms, glutes. PRAYERS ❤ ANSWERED!!!! You’ve given me HOPE!!! Not too long ago I was doing reformer Pilates… sometimes back to back classes !!! And then had an injury and a big 💔… and depression 😢…. My body is very weak, stiff and I can feel the inflammation…. I’ve attempted to try other “online exercises and stretches” to only be in pain or feeing inadequate… YOU AND YOUR PROGRAM IS HEAVEN SENT

I'm 80 years young. I started working out at the age of 19 and have never stopped but unfortunately when Covid hit and my gym closed, I almost came to a halt. I came across your channel and did the first workout and loved it. I just bought a book on Amazon "Wall Pilates for Seniors" and this is the perfect accompaniment because I can see you doing the exercises correctly as well as be reminded of particulars like "press your lower back into the wall for a pelvic tilt". I did two routines so far and already feel the difference. I am 66.5 and walk but I need to build muscle and work on my posture. Will add swimming this Summer : ) Glad I found your channel!

This was really great for where I'm at physically at the moment. I'm trying to get more flexible and stronger as I have been very inactive for a long time. I'm planning to try and do these exercises for 30 days. Day one bicycles were SO painful, but in a really hard but good way. Today (day 2) it was still really hard but a tiny bit easier.
Can't wait to see how my body will feel after 30 days of doing this!

This is the first video of yours that I've tried.I haven't worked out in a few years. I just recently found out I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. The pain is getting worse. I was told to do weight bearing exercises and yoga. I used to do yoga and now it's very painful. I know it's because my muscles are stiff and my bones are, well not so good. I did what I could with this time and although it was evident that I had trouble with even the simplest exercises I feel better knowing it is a step in the right direction. Your explained everything so well and I adjusted what I had to. My major areas of pain are in my hips. Pain to the touch and cannot lay on either side. I'm hoping in time I will be able to do those. I am going to look at the first 3 episodes and catch up with those. Thank you Lauren. PS. I just turned 70

I don't have a clear wall space to do this with the wall - but this works very well as a traditional Pilates workout done standing and on the mat - very easy to modify if you don't have sufficient wall space! Love your workouts!

Just completed my first session with you and u felt the burns that's for sure.
I'm 67 years old and recovering from spine surgery the last 6 months but feel I am not getting far with flexibility now from the physio so looking for stronger exercise. I think this is what I need

I only started doing wall Pilates July 1, 2024 and I can already tell a difference in my body. I do not cramp by doing simple movements (going down or up from floor), like I did before. It's definitely challenging, but I'm so happy I found your video. I'm going to keep going and see how it goes. Thank you!
